Diabetic peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients with damage to the nervous system chronic hyperglycemia and disease during various physiological and pathological change,is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes. All parts of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the progression of neurological involvement, evoked perception disorder, severe cases occur foot ulcers, gangrene body, loss of function, causing irreversible damage to serious patients. Therefore, the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is very important. Objective:This study analyzed the correlation between serum neuron specific enolase, serum uric acid, homolinic acid(Hcy),high sensitivity C reactive protein and type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so as to provide scientific evidence for early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:This study selected 204 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Third Hospital Affiliated to Qiqihar Medical School from January 2016 to December 2016.According to whether patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into control group(DM group)and study group(group DPN).The two groups were collected general information, including sex, age, course of disease and medical history, measurement systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),height, weight, body mass index(BMI)= weight / height 2,fasting blood glucose(FBG),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)for testing at the same time to check,Hcy,serum uric acid,hs-CRP,NSE for laboratory testing, test results, using Excel software to establish a database, using SPSS 21 statistical software for data processing and statistical analysis.Result:1.In the detection of patients with type 2 diabetes were 204 cases. There were 107 males and 97 females. The age distribution from 27 to 79 years old,an average of(52.33 ± 7.86)years old.According to DPN diagnostic criteria, the patients were divided into DM group and DPN group.DM group 102 cases: male 53 cases, female 49 cases. The average age(51.87±2.34)years old.;DPN group: 102 cases were male 54 cases, female 48 cases, average age(52.13 ± 3.24)years old..2.In this study, there was no correlation between age, sex,BMI and DPN,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.In this study, the duration, blood pressure,FBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c,NSE,Hcy,blood uric acid and hs-CRP were all correlated with the occurrence of DPN.The comparison between the DPN group and the hs-CRP group was statistically significant.(P<0.05)4.In this study, the abnormal rate of serum uric acid,Hcy and hs-CRP in group DPN was significantly higher than that in group DM,with a statistically significant difference.(P<0.05)5.In this study, the course of disease, blood pressure,FBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-c,NSE,Hcy,serum uric acid,hs-CRP are in the range of 95%CI OR value is greater than 1,which belongs to the independent risk factors of DPN,HDL-c and 95%CI in the range of OR value is less than 1,which belongs to the protective factors of DPN.Conclusion: 1.In this study, age, sex,BMI and DPN have no correlation 2.In this study, the course of disease, blood pressure,FBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c,NSE,Hcy,blood uric acid, and hs-CRP are all associated with DPN..3.In this study, the incidence of abnormal elevation of blood uric acid,Hcy and hs-CRP in group DPN was higher than that in group DM.4.In this study, the course of disease, blood pressure,FBG,Hb A1 c,TC,TG,LDL-c,NSE,Hcy,blood uric acid, and hs-CRP belong to the independent risk factor forDPN,and HDL-c belongs to the protective factor of DPN.5.In this study,NSE,Hcy,blood uric acid, and hs-CRP are independent risk factorsfor type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy, which can be used as predictorsof the development of DPN.
