Objective:There are 36.9 million people living with HIV in 2013 and 0.2 million new virus infection in 2014.With the accumulation of infected population,AIDS cause heavy disease and economic burden to the world each year.AIDS has become one of the world’s most serious public health and social problems. As of 2014,there are 497,000 cases of HIV infected patients and China’s AIDS epidemic level was the eighth.Accoding to the global level,China was low prevalence, but population base was big and the number of infections were big in China, and some area of high prevalence. The epidemic can not be ignored in China.Floating population and students’population in China as high incidence of AIDS has been widespread concerned. In 2016,the number of floating population in China was 247 million.Compared with the fixed population, they had no chance of receiving AIDS health education, lack of health knowledge, who became the AIDS media and susceptible population during the migration. With the increasingly opening of the sexual concept, the first sexual behavior of college students became early, the proportion of premarital sexual behavior gradually increased and the risk of AIDS infection also increased. In recent years,AIDS infection rate of 15-24 year old students showed a rapid upward trend.HIV/AIDS related knowledge quastionaire was used to do among undergraduate and postgraduate students to know the cognitive status of AIDS in students.By reviewing literature and conducting a systematic review, the effect of health education on the awareness of HIV/AIDS knowledge among floating and student population were evaluated, explored the best way to intervene in different population,so as to provide a scientific basis for furture AIDS health eduction and intervene word.Methods:1.Questionnaires:AIDS related knowledge questionnaries were made to conduct in university and graduate students.Epidata 3.0 was used to establish database,SPSS software was used to calculate knowledge awareness and compared among each grade.2.Data source:"Health education, floating population, students,AIDS" as search term, search China Knowledge Network,Wanfang database and Chongqing Weipu database to collect floating population and students AIDS health education intervention realted articles in 2015 and before.3.Data entry:Reading articles in according to the inclusion and exclution criteria, extract related information from the article and extablish the database. The information included the author of the paper, the publishment time, unit of the author, health education method, the knowledge of awareness rate before and after health education.4.Result analysis:(1)Excel and SPSS 20.0 software were used to analyze the number of paper in the floating population and students, distribution of the research.(2)Through the heterogeneity test of the included literature,we choosethe fixed effect model or random effect model,STATA software combined the results of knowledge points of the two groups and merged the rate difference(RD)of each index before and after intervention, and obtained the effect value and 95%CI.Result:1.Questionnaire results:AIDS related knowledge awareness rate of freshman, sophomore year, junior, senior and graduate students were 84.83%,70.83%,69.09%,85.00%and 81.60%respectively and the overall awareness rate was 78.61%.The awareness of male and female were 75.58%and 83.44%.2.Meta analysis of floating population:A total of 129 articles were included and distributed in 1998 to 2015.According to regional distribution,of which the eastern part of China conducts the most relevant research of 52 literatures.Intervention methods include general health education, active health education, peer education and comprehensive intervention and a total of 13 AIDS related knowledge points.Of all the 13 knowledge points,7 were the best for comprehensive intervention(knowledge points 3,4,5,6,7,8,13,were improved by 21.8%,25.5%,23.7%,26.9%,29.2%,26.1%,26.6%).5 knowledge points were the best for peer education(knowledge 1,2,9,10,12 were improved by 31.2%,21.2%,28.5%,30.8%and 31.6%respectively).3.Meta analysis of students:A total of 280 articles were included and distributed in 1995 to 2015.According to regional distribution,of which the eastern part of China conducts the most relevant research of 99 literatures.Intervention methods include general health education, active health education, peer education, course educatio and comprehensive intervention and a total of 15 AIDS related knowledge points.Of all the 15 knowledge points,9 were the best for(knowledge points 1,3,4,5,6,9,10,11,13were improved by 39.4%%,12.9%,10.7%,18.7%%,12.6%%,20.2%%,21.9%,18.8%,27.6%).3 knowledge points were the best for peer education(knowledge 7,8,15 were improved by 27.0%,26.6%,21.2%).Conclution:1.Among undergraduate and graduate students,AIDS related k:nowledge awareness rate of freshmen and senior students were higher while sophomore and junior students were lower.Female awareness rate was higher than boys.Throgh these results,we suggest that AIDS health education word should be targeted to strengthen the sophomore, junior and male students.2.Health education has a significant effect on improving AIDS related knowledge among floating population and students’ population.Different groups of population should adopt different health education methods. The floating population should take comprehensive intervention while students group should take course education.3.The results of this study can be applied to the AIDS health education work in South Sudan, target to the floating and students population and take different health education methods in different groups.
