Differential Expression And Clinical Value Of Long-non-coding RNA(LncRNA) In Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma And Adjacent Tissues

Objective:To investigate the differental expression and clinical value of long-non-coding RNAs?LncRNAs?in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues,hoping to provide new clues for the searching of new diagnosis and treatment for laryngeal carcinoma.Methods:We use gene chip technique to test the expression of LncRNA's expression in 6 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and corresponding adjacent tissues.The differential expression of lncrna were judged by bioinformatics?Fc>2.0,P?0.05?.Then we used the differential LncRNA which significantly different from the LncRNA in the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and the corresponding adjacent tissues by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.,To further verify the results of gene chip experiments,and its expression and clinical pathology characteristics,to find four differentially expressed LncRNA and clinicopathological features of the relationship.Results:There were 4477 differentially expressed LncRNAs in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and corresponding paracancerous tissues.Among them,748 LncRNAs were up-regulated and 3729 LncRNAs were down-regulated.The expression of NR 024065.2,TCONS₀0010350,ENST00000438554 in 38 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and corresponding paracancerous tissues were confirmed by further expanding the number of differentially expressed.LncRNAs:NR 024065.2,TCONS₀0010350,ENST00000438554.1,ENST00000434656.1.1,ENST00000434656.1 were differentially expressed?P =0.0202,0.0384,<0.0001,<0.0001,both less than 0.05?and the expression level was down,which was consistent with the expression trend of chip detection.Conclusion:NR₀24065.2,TCONS₀0010350,ENST00000438554.1,ENST00000434656.1 are expressed in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent tissues,meanwhile they were down-regulated in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
