| Objective: to discuss the prevention and control of the treatment of patients with hyperemia in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: the study included 60 patients,all eligible for inclusion.Randomized to treatment group and control group,the two groups were equal to 30 cases,both of which were treated by education,diet and exercise.The treatment group had detoxified the hepatocrotti and the control group was given a placebo.A course of 4 weeks,three consecutive treatment period of treatment,and watch the fasting and postprandial blood glucose 120 minutes before and after the treatment,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood uric acid,body mass index,waist circumference,urine PH value and the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: after statistical analysis,the treatment group was treated with blood uric acid,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting glucose and 120 minutes after the meal.Body mass index,waist circumference,urine PH value were P < 0.05,and the improvement of clinical symptom before and after treatment was significantly better than the control group.The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 90 percent,including 8 cases with 26.67%,effective 19 cases,63.33%,and invalid 3 10%.The control group blood uric acid,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood sugar and 120 minutes of postprandial blood sugar,body mass index,waist circumference,urine PH value P > 0.05.Treatment group and control group in addition to the waist,120 minutes after meal the blood sugar and urine PH,other indicators are all P < 0.05,the total effective rate was 60.00% in the control group,of which 3 cases were markedly improved(10%),15 cases(50%),12 cases(40%).The treatment group compared to the control group was statistically significant.Conclusion: to observe the clinical symptoms and the statistical analysis results,detoxification t2 dm with adjustable liver material side treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and high uric acid hematic disease has obvious advantages,in improving the patients,and reduce the discomfort of the body and have a significant effect on the quality of life,and patients with no adverse reactions.There is a reference value for clinicians who treat this type of patient. |
