Intervention Study Of Detoxification Lotion On Pathogenic Bacteria Of Diabetes Foot Ulcer

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of detoxification lotion in promoting the healing of diabetes foot ulcers by observing the effect of detoxification lotion with different concentrations on the pathogenic bacteria of diabetes foot ulcers.Methods: Diabetes foot ulcer who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Peripheral Vascular Disease Department of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the low concentration group of detoxification lotion and the high concentration group of detoxification lotion.All inpatients collected wound secretion on the 0,7,and 14 days after the treatment of detoxification lotion,isolated and cultured pathogenic microorganisms,and observed the speed of wound healing,wound healing rate,and TCM syndrome score to explore the effect of different concentrations of detoxification lotion on diabetes foot ulcer wound pathogens and ulcer healing.Result:(1)On the 14 th day of treatment,compared with the low concentration group,the high concentration group had statistically significant differences in wound healing speed and wound healing rate between the two groups(Ρ<0.05).(2)The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day were significantly different from those on the 0th day(Ρ<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups on the 14 th day were significantly different from those on the 7th day(Ρ<0.05).Compared with the low concentration group at the same time,the high concentration group on the 7th and 14 th day showed significant differences in the TCM syndrome score and the amount of wound epithelial tissue(Ρ<0.05).(3)Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus were the most common pathogens of DFU.The distribution of pathogenic bacteria in the mild group and the moderate group on the 0th day of treatment showed that the two groups were mainly gram-negative bacteria.The number of wound pathogens on the 14 th days was significantly lower than that the 0th day in the low concentration group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ρ<0.05).The number of wound pathogens on the 14 th was significantly lower than that the 0th day in the high concentration group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ρ<0.05).Both high and low concentration of detoxification lotion can effectively inhibit the pathogenic bacteria on the wound,and the inhibition effect of high concentration is better than that of low concentration.Conclusion: Detoxification lotion can inhibit the pathogenic bacteria of diabetes foot ulcer wound,and its mechanism of promoting wound healing is related to anti infection.The clinical efficacy of high concentration of Detoxification lotion in promoting wound healing is better than that of low concentration of Detoxification lotion.
