Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Sudden Deafness With Acupuncture At Jiaji Points

Purpose: To explore the therapeutic effects of acupuncture Jiaji combined with traditional acupoints in the treatment of sudden deafness were acupoints in the treatment of sudden deafness compared with simple acupuncture Jiaji acupuncture and traditional,analyze,judge the scientific objective of three kinds of acupuncture point selection method,choose the best curative effect.Research method:Methods 90 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into treatment group,control group one and control group two.The treatment group was treated with traditional acupuncture point and Jiaji point,while the control group one was treated with traditional acupuncture point,while the control group two was treated with Jiaji points.With 10 days as a course of treatment,the efficacy of pure tone hearing test was observed after the treatment of two courses,and spss19 software was used for statistical analysis.Result: The curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and the results of rank sum test,Z=-2.049,P=0.040,P<0.05,two groups were statistically significant.The efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was compared between the two groups,the rank sum test,Z=-3.837,P=0.00,P<0.05,the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant.The control group was compared with the control group two,the rank sum test,Z=-2.117,P=0.034,P<0.05,the efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant.Three groups of treatment of sudden deafness have curative effect,the treatment group had the highest efficiency,compared with the control group and the control group,the curative effect of two was statistically significant.Conclusion: The three groups have the curative effect,the total efficiency of the control group than the control group two,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.
