Purpose: Analysis the angle changes of the elbow and wrist joint during the operation process of rolling manipulation,reveal the kinetics regulations and motion characteristics.In order to establish a more systematic and comprehensive evaluation system of Tuina Manipulationan,guide the teaching of massage manipulation and study related sports biomechanics characteristics.analysis of the elbow joint,wrist joint angle change of mechanical movement rules and motion characteristics revealed massage upper extremity joints and links and promote the establishment of a more perfect massage system,evaluation system.Method: We will set up 2 groups of test subjects,the experts group 5,students group 10.3 link massage(upper arm,forearm,hand)-3(joint,shoulder joint,elbow joint,wrist joint)multi rigid body biomechanical model was establishmented and synchronous test system adopts multi system was used,in order to collect the real-time data and Workstation software was used to analyze the data.Result:(1)I have established rolling 3 links a 3 joint biomechanical model,marker setting clear,can describe the rolling motion characteristics.(2)Elbow extension is 30~40 degrees,There was a significant difference between the expert group and the student group(P<0.01).(3)The rotation angle of the forearm was about 45 degrees,and there was no significant difference between the expert group and the student group(P>0.05).(4)The angle of supination of wrist joint was 70 degrees ~80 degrees,and there was a significant difference between the expert group and the student group(P<0.01).(5)The surface signals show that the,expert group's triceps and biceps work obviously and the student group's flexor carpi ulnaris muscle work more obvious.Conclusion:(1)The 3 link and 3 joint biomechanical model of rolling manipulation can simulate the spatial motion relation of each joint in the study of massage manipulation,clarify the movement displacement and determine the space angle,which is suitable for the study of massage manipulation.(2)The method of multi system synchronous testing can obtain a large amount of research data at the same time,and provides a new idea for the biomechanical study of Tuina manipulation.
