Tonifying Lung And Strenting The Fundationg Decoction In The Treatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease (Lungs Kidney Deficiency Type) Of Clinical Observation

Purpose: By observing the the treatment group which take Tonifying lung and strengthening the foundation decoction treat interstitial lung disease(lungs and kidney deficiency type)we compare the clinical manifestation with the control group,then,evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tonifying lung and strengthening the foundation decoction.Method: The research selected 72 patients from Changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital’s respiratory outpatient service.All patients were accord with the standard of traditional Chinese and westen medicine diagnostic criteria.These patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random grouping method.The treatment group use drugs on the basis of control group used.The control group use acetylcysteine and roxithromycin capsules.They were treated for 6 weeks.During the treatmen we examined effects of the two groups on symptom and sign,MMRC.We analysis of two groups of curative effect.Result: The total effective rate was 80.5% in the control group total effective rate 61.1%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the efficacy in treatment was apparently superior to that in control group.Conclusion : Based on the statistical analysis of the data attained from this research,Tonifying lung and strengthening the foundation decoction improve clinical symptoms and fully prove the decoction’s good clinical effect.Tonifying lung and strengthening the foundation decoction is convenient and safe and is worthy to extended.
