Clinical Observation Of Wen Tong Bi Lung Soup In Treatment Of Interstitial Lung Disease (Cold Drink Fu Lung, Lung Collateralsbizu)and The Impact On Patients’ Serum TNF Alpha

Purpose: The goal of this research is to observe the clinical curative effectof wen tong bi decoction in treating lung interstitial lung disease (ILD)(colddrink down pulmonary lung collaterals bizu) and study its effects on patients’serum TNF alpha, and further discuss its superiority and long-term effect intreating lung ILD.Method: Seventy two patients of lung ILD (both inpatient and outpatient)were selected and randomly divided into two groups, one of treatment group(n=36) underwent traditional Chinese medicine treatment with wen tong bi lungsoup and the other of control group (n=36) underwent western medicinetreatment with prednisone acetate dragon.Result: Through aclinical study,the total effective rate of treatment groupis75%compared to that of the control group of63.9%which demonstrated itssuperiority in treating the lung ILD compared to western medicine treatment.Wen tong bi decoction have obvious influence on lung ILD (cold drink downpulmonary lung collaterals bizu) patients’ serum TNF alpha, and there is nosignificant difference with the control group.Conclusion: Clinical study trails prove that wen tong bi lung soup haveobvious curative effect in treating lung ILD (cold drink fu lung, lung collateralsbizu) and its clinical efficacy is superior to the control group, especially inimproving the clinical symptoms. Wen tong bi decoction have obvious influenceon lung ILD (cold drink down pulmonary lung collaterals bizu) patients’ serumTNF alpha, and there is no significant difference with the control group. Thespecific manner of wen tong bi lung soup effecting the lung ILD patients’ serumTNF alpha and the relevancy of serum TNF alpha with the patients’ conditionare issues remained to be further studied. Wen tong bi lung soup has no obvious clinical side effects, in addition to its convenience and inexpensiveness whichimprove its compliance on patients, it have revealed glorious perspective offurther research and investment. Wen tong bi lung soup provides a new way andperspective in treating lung ILD, which also fully develops the essence ofChinese medicine in treating rare and difficult cases thus improves the lifequality of lung ILD patients by providing them a better prognosis.
