Status On Financial Management Of K Hospital

Our country is gradually strengthen the measures of reform of medical system and processes,mainly due to two factors,one is from public interests,main purpose is to ease the doctor difficult,see a doctor difficult problem;Secondly,the conflict between the team and the masses is becoming more and more prominent.Arguably,the road to reform is urgent.On the basis of the overall reform targets,mainly to view looks at public hospitals,the corresponding measures mainly has three points:first,break the disadvantages of medicine for the medical mode,the medicine according to the type of education,the drug will pro:fit to a minimum;Secondly,in terms of public hospitals,break the traditional income pattern,the public hospital compensation by the drug income and medical service income,income of government subsidies transition for medical service income and government subsidies income two channels;Third,all income and expenditure of public hospitals should be included in the government budget,aiming to "earn a cage,budget a plate,and spend an opening".Thus,the public hospital financial management has aroused attaches great importance to the relevant departments,in recent years,the government and the social from all walks of life to public hospital financial management requirements have ascended to a new level.The financial management of public hospitals pays attention to the revenue and sustainable development of hospitals,which is a problem of national long-term concern.From the point in time can be divided into advance management,matter and afterwards management,putting into practice is the preliminary budget control,how to improve the efficient use of funds and mid late financial management performance evaluation.How to manage public hospitals is a hot topic in public hospital reform.In view of this,the author combines my work experience in the public hospital for several years,and I write this thesis on the financial management of public hospitals.Based on public hospital financial management as the breakthrough point,this paper from the several aspects of financial management are analyzed and compared,and the K hospital as an example,the hospital financial management environment to do a detailed analysis of K,find out the problems existing in the hospital financial management:K financial personnel’s overall strength is weak;The financial software is old,the module is not fully functional,the late maintenance is absent;The source of financing channels is monotonous,the income structure is unreasonable and the medical service benefits are low.Lack of long-term benefit optimization for investment management;Lack of scientific and effective management;A rigid constraint on the lack of budget for cost expenditures;Health care policy restrains,health care management lags,medical behavior is restrained.And analysis the reasons of the existence of problems,and puts forward countermeasures to enhance the level of K hospital financial management:the suggestion to strengthen the financial personnel quality,improve the financial supervision,strengthen the financial management professional moral consciousness;Improve financial software and improve the management of financial information system;To broaden the source of financing,optimize the income structure,improve service efficiency and improve hospital efficiency;Optimize investment decision and establish benefit analysis system;Strengthen asset management and improve the efficiency of capital use;To realize the comprehensive budget constraint and establish a reduction mechanism based on target cost control;We will strengthen the management of health care and use the policy of health care.To explore the future financial management direction of K hospital..
