In recent years,People's living standards have improved, the incidence of major diseases represented by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors is increasing year by year. The statistical data show that in 2014,the three diseases of the highest mortality rate in China were malignant tumor, cerebrovascular disease and heart disease, and the constituent ratio was more than 65%.These diseases not only seriously harm the people's life and health, but also increase the economic burden of the state and patients in the treatment of the disease. If they can be discovered early and intervened early,it will have a significant impact on the health of the people. But the early diagnosis of the whole people is difficult to carry out because of the reasons of cost and compliance. Therefore, the design research participates in the influencing factors of the screening, and according to these factors, take the corresponding measures to the key crowd,in order to improve the screening participation rate and compliance of the crowd. This article focuses on the screening of colorectal cancer in Fengtai hospital.Through the investigation,we found that 403 patients who had completed the questionnaire survey in the enteroscopy room of Beijing Fengtai Hospital were all in accordance with the screening conditions of high risk population of large intestine cancer.Among them, women, people over 50 years old, medical insurance and patients who had received higher education had higher cognition for large intestine cancer.Levels, its colonoscopy found that the proportion of adenomatous polyps was closer to the passive colonoscopy, with a higher screening necessity;the patients who asked for colonoscopy were more aware of the symptoms of colorectal cancer than those with passive colonoscopy, and were more aware of the factors associated with colorectal cancer; In patients undergoing colonoscopy,it is the most direct cause of colonoscopy to worry about their own colorectal cancer.Through the investigation and analysis,we put forward the following suggestions:strengthen the publicity and education of large intestine cancer knowledge, improve the residents' cognition of the symptoms and high risk factors of colorectal cancer, strengthen the understanding of the family history of large intestine cancer, fully understand the procedure of colonoscopy, change the residents from passive screening to dynamic screening;the relevant departments should set up specialized Screening teams to carry out screening, give adequate financial support, incorporate colonoscopy screening into medical insurance, increase the degree of cost reduction for screening, improve the compliance of the crowd to colonoscopy, strengthen the professional knowledge training of the screening related doctors, and ensure the ability to classify the high risk population and put forward professional suggestions; To use community health resources to establish a management system for high risk population of colorectal cancer, educate high-risk groups and improve their understanding of colonoscopy,so as to improve the compliance and effectiveness of high-risk screening, and effectively prevent the occurrence of colorectal cancer.
