Manage Nursing Care Risk With PDCA In Governmental Hospital:a Regional Study In Fengtai District Beijing

The medical risk is popularly existing in the process of enterprise medical practice,Nursing was an important component of the medical care.The key of medical facilities management is effective management of medical risk.Nursing risk management is to identify,assess,evaluate and deal with existing and potential nursing risks,and to systematically eliminate or reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events and risks to patients or hospitals.The aims of this study was to explore the application effect of PDCA model of nursing risk control and to avoid the occurrence of nursing risk.There were three hospitals which located in Fengtai district enrolled in the study from July to December in 2017.This study determined potential nursing risks for medication administering errors as tertiary hospital,copy prescribe by hand,transfer to a different medical division,insufficient knowledge and training,internal medicine ward,day shift,artificial mixing,intelligent medicine cabinet and length of service.With strengthening existing mechanisms,implement Diagnosis-Related Groups,improving training,construction information means,establishment of pharmacy intravenous admixture services,PDCA mode and quality control on the existing problems,the development of effective preventive measures,and continuous improvement,the incidences of medicine administering errors decreased significantly than before the implementation.The implementation of PDCA mode cycle with the guidance of the government controls nursing risk of medication administering errors effectively.
