Background:Infantile hemangioma is a vascular disease that occurs in the neonatal period and 1 years old infants,and It's more common that the overall incidence rate is about 8%~12%,and the incidence rate up to 10%-20% at the age of1.Nearly half of children left skin atrophy,fiber and fat tissue,scar formation and other sequelae in IH after extinction,it has seriously affected the healthy growth of children,while the family easily under unbearable mental and psychological shadow.Therefore,giving and effective treatment has great significance on the growth of children.Objective: Detect the changes of the levels of amyloid protein A and C-reactive protein to clear the relationship between variation of curative effect in the treatment of infantile hemangioma and the index,in order to help provide reasonable treatment of infant hemangioma.Method : Select 78 cases children with single infant hemangiomas from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital for treatment.To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Pingyang mycin injection treatment,and to explore the relationship between the two levels and infant blood tumor therapy by detect the changes of the serum SAA and CRP levels.Results: 1.The correlation between the changes of serum SAA and CRP levels and the therapeutic effect of hemangioma in infants(1)The serum levels of SAA and CRP were detected in normal and different stages of hemangioma.We know the level of serum SAA in children with proliferative hemangioma was significantly higher than that in normal children(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between CRP and normal children;and that of children with hemangioma in the stage of extinction were significantly higher than those in proliferative stage,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in serum levels of SAA and CRP between children with hemangioma and normal children.(2)The infantile Hemangiomas were treated for seven days by Pingyang mycintumor injection,the serum SAA and CRP levels of children significantly higher than the 1d level(P<0.05).At the time of injection 14 d,levels of SAA and CRP decreased and decreased to pre injection levels at 28 d,and there was no statistically significant difference between them.(3)The serum SAA and CRP levels were positively related to the treatment of hemangioma in infants treated with local injection of Pingyang mycin.2.The effect of Pingyang mycin in the treatment of infantile hemangioma(1)The total cure rate of Pingyang hemangioma for infants with hemangioma is70.51%,and the cure rate of two times is 91.30%,and the curative effect is remarkable.(2)To analyze the therapeutic effects of local injection of bleomycin in Pingyang on superficial,deep and mixed hemangiomas.The cure rate of deep hemangioma is57.89%,which is lower than that of superficial and mixed hemangioma,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total cure rate was 91.30% after repeated treatment.Among them,the cure rate of superficial hemangioma was 100%,and the cure rate of deep hemangioma was 87.50%,which was lower than that of superficial hemangioma,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)To analyze the adverse reactions in the treatment of infantile hemangioma with Pingyang mycin.The incidence of local skin pigmentation is about 26.92%,and most of them decrease with time,and the rate of mild ulceration of hemangioma is about 14.10%,which has been restored by anti-inflammatory treatment.In the course of treatment,the occurrence rate of moderate and low-grade fever symptoms is about11.54%,which can be recovered in a short time without special treatment,and the incidence of symptoms such as loss of appetite was about 8.97%.All cases had no adverse reactions such as high fever,allergic reaction and hair loss.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of infantile proliferative hemangioma by Pingyangmycin injection is effective,and it is safe and worthy to further application and popularization.(2)Amyloid A and C reactive proteins are related to the therapeutic efficacy of infantile hemangiomas and may be considered as a molecular marker for diagnosis.
