Object:Coronary collateral circulation(CCC)establish well can provide blood supply to the distal coronary artery stenosis or occlusion For patients with coronary atherosclerosis,alleviate myocardial ischemia,reduce angina,restrict and reduce the myocardial infarction(MI)area,reduce left ventricular aneurysm formation,improve ventricular function and improve survival rate.Therefore,the study of CCC has become the focus of coronary heart disease treatment in recent years.The growth and maturation of coronary collateral vessels involve a variety of cytokines and growth factors.The purpose of this study is to investigate the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),endothelin-1(ET-1),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)relationship with the formation of CCC,to provide more evidence for the treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease.Objects and methods:134 cases of at least 1 unstable type stenosis of more than 90% patients with angina pectoris were selected from June 2016 to September 2017 underwent coronary angiography in First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College cardiac catheterization laboratory(coronary angiography,CAG),and confirmed that the left anterior descending(1eft anterior,descending,LAD),left circumflex(1eft circumflex,LCX)and right coronary artery(Right,coronary,RCA).ICAM-1 and ET-1concentrations in serum were tested by Elisa.Quantitative evaluation of the degree of coronary artery disease according to the Gensini integral method.Result:In patients with severe coronary artery stenosis,coronary collateral circulation formation was statistically significant group and no formation of collateral circulation BNP group differences,the formation of collateral circulation in good group is lower than the formation of bad group(P<0.05);coronary collateral circulation formation was statistically significant group and no formation of collateral circulation ICAM-1group differences,the formation of collateral circulation group was lower than that of the formation of bad good group(P<0.05);the formation of 2 groups were lower than the 1 level group in the coronary collateral circulation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of endothelin,the formation of coronary collateral circulation in the 3 stage was higher than that in the 0 stage(P<0.05),and the concentration of endothelin in the 3 group was higher than that in the 1 group(P<0.05).In the GENSINI integral,there was significant difference between the coronary collateral circulation formation group and the non collateral circulation formation group(P<0.05),and the formation degree of collateral circulation increased with the increase of GENSINI integral.Conclusion1.the level of serum BNP can reflect the formation of coronary collateral circulation,which is related to the formation of collateral circulation;2.the level of serum ICAM-1 is related to the formation of coronary collateral circulation,which can not reflect the degree of formation of collateral circulation;3.the level of serum endothelin-1 can reflect the formation of coronary collateral circulation to a certain extent and can not reflect the extent of formation;4.The higher the GENSINI integral,the more abundant the collateral circulation is formed.
