Objective:Comparison of follicular output rate between antagonist and agonist regimens in polycystic ovary syndrome?PCOS?patients.Methods:104 patients with PCOS who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer?IVF-ET?were divided into two groups:GnRH antagonist group?41 cases?and GnRH agonist long program?63cases?.The dosage of gonadotropin?Gn?,the number of days of gonadotropin?HCG??E2?,luteinizing hormone?LH?,basal antral follicle number?AFC?,preovulatory follicle number?PFC?,number of oocytes retrieved, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, excellent embryo rate, implantation rate,Clinical pregnancy rate, cycle cancellation rate, follicle output rate?FORT?.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in general?P<0.05?.The dosage of Gn,the number of days of drug taking, cycle cancellation rate, the level of E2 and LH of the two groups were statistically different?P<0.05?The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, excellent embryo rate, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate and follicle output rate were not significantly different?P>0.05?.Conclusion:The GnRH antagonist regimen was more suitable for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome?PCOS?from the dosage of gonadotropin?Gn?and the number of days of drug use and the cycle cancellation rate. However, both were suitable for PCOS patients from the follicular output rate.
