Purpose: Through this topic to study,explore needle shallow puncture combined with the clinical efficacy of Siguan points in treatment of facial spasm,compared to traditional acupuncture,in search of more effective,simple,extensively used for treatment of facial spasm by acupuncture and moxibustion in clinic.Method: This subject will meet into standard of 72 cases patients random is divided into treatment group and control group,each group 36 cases,treatment group used surrounding needle shallow thorn tie four shut points method treatment,control group used traditional General acupuncture method,take points reference Ministry of health "Twelve-Five" planning textbook,national high TCM college textbook acupuncture treatment learn surface muscle spasm treatment programme,treatment 3 a course,10 days for 1 a course,application Cohen surface muscle spasm strength grading standard surface muscle spasm frequency volume table as observation index,3 after the treatment,therapeutic evaluation and SPSS19.0 analysis of relevant data.Result: Treatment group off 2 cases,treatment group actual treatment 34 cases,control group off 4 cases,control group actual treatment 32 cases,will two group of gender,and age,and course,and before treatment spasm strength and the before treatment spasm frequency for has statistics test,no statistics differences,has can than sex;three a course treatment end,treatment group and control group of spasm strength and spasm frequency by rank and test,P<0.05,has statistics differences,treatment group cure 11 cases,effective 13 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 2 cases,Total effective rate of 94.1%,7 cases were cured in the control group,effective 6 cases,15 cases,4 cases,the total effective rate of 87.5%,two groups by rank sum test,P<0.05,that surround-needle shallow puncture combined with clinical efficacy of Siguan points in treatment of facial spasm is superior to traditional acupuncture.Conclusion: Needle shallow puncture with a four-point method for hemifacial spasm can achieve better clinical results to better improve the patient’s quality of life,not only for the clinic provides an effective way of treating the disease,more worthy of.
