Experimental Study By Acupuncture On Acute Gouty Arthritis Based On Modern Periodical Literature Mining

Purpose:The model of acute gouty arthritis rats as the research object,using data mining technology to the selected acupoints to treat acute gouty arthritis,in order to provide experimental and theoretical basis for modern acupuncture point selection in clinical treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods: 30 modeling rats were randomly divided into four groups: acute gouty arthritis model group,colchicine western medicine group and acupuncture group,each group had 10 rats;the other 10 no modlel rats which buy from the same batch and got the same keeping were randomly selected as the normal control group.According to the McCarty D.J classic modeling method,5mg/ml sodium urate(MSU)solution was injected into the articular cavity of the hind limb of the rat hind limb,resulting in the pathological model of acute gouty arthritis.Mainly in the selection of acupuncture acupoint "Zusanli and Sanyinjiao" by intragastric administration compared with colchicine treatment.7 days after the treatment were by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method,the content of the ocular blood of rats TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 were measured;and to observe the rat articular cartilage tissue under light microscope,morphology.Results:(1)the statistical results of the ocular blood content of each rat TNF-α,IL-1 β,IL-6: model group compared with the control group,P < 0.05,there are significant differences;compared with western medicine group and blank group,P <0.05,there are significant differences;compared with acupuncture group and control group,P > 0.05 the statistical results,the difference was not significant,while the acupuncture group compared with model group,western medicine group,P < 0.05,the differences of statistical results.(2)the pathological morphology of patellar cartilage in rats in each group was observed under light microscope.The histological morphology of the acupuncture group was more similar to that of the model group and Western medicine group.Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture acupoint "Zusanli and Sanyinjiao" therapy has a good curative effect on gouty arthritis of rabbits and has the anti-inflammation effect.(2)IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α have high expression in joint tissue of gouty arthritis rats model,which plays a key role in the pathogenesis of acute gouty arthritis.(3)Acupuncture acupoint "Zusanli and Sanyinjiao" therapy can significantly reduce the content of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α of experimental rats with acute gouty arthritis.The treatment of acute gouty arthritis may be achieved by inhibition of inflammatory cytokines.(4)Data mining technology has positive significance for acupuncture treatment of acute gouty arthritis...
