Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu Fang And Scattered Stasis In Treatment Of Hepatic Cirrhosis Portal Hypertensive Gastropathy Clinical Observation

Objective: To observe the changes of symptoms,endoscopic gastric mucosal lesions,liver function(AST,ALT)and other changes before and after treatment,and compared with the control group to analyze the differences,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu Fang and Scattered stasis in treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy.To explore the mechanisms of Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu Fang combined with Scattered stasis in treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy;to search for a effective method with Chinese characteristics for the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy.Methods: Sixty patients with cirrhotic portal hypertensive gastropathy were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group(30 cases)according to the order of the patients.Two groups of patients were given different treatment measures,the control group using western medicine cirrhosis based therapy combined with rababraz enteric-coated oral therapy;treatment group in the control group based on the use of Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu Fang combined with Scattered stasis,the total course of treatment are 8 weeks.To observe the changes of symptoms,endoscopic gastric mucosal lesions,and liver function(AST,ALT)before and after treatment,and to compare with the control group,to analyze the difference,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu Fang and Scattered stasis in treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy,compared with the two groups were not statistically significant.In the course of the study,the treatment group lost 2 cases,the control group shed 3 cases,so the actual number of groups for the treatment group of 28 cases,the control group of 27 cases.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the symptom score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was more significant than the control group.There was significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more prominent than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms.2.The total effective rate of endoscopic gastric mucosal lesion was 85.71% and 62.96% in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group in improving gastric mucosal lesions than the control group.3.The levels of ALT,AST,PT and other laboratory data in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the level of ALB was significantly higher than before the treatment,and the treatment group compared with the control group was higher,the two groups of patients before and after treatment of laboratory value(P <0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The two group after the treatment in patients with portal vein width of the trunk and branches than before the treatment were obviously improved,and the treatment group was more improved obviously than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,portal venous flow velocity was improved earlier,but there was no statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion:The results of this study show that the treatment group and the control group in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy are effective,but the treatment group in the Western medicine treatment based on the use of traditional Chinese medicine oral and external treatment combined with the treatment of simple Western medicine,the curative effect of the treatment regimen is more obvious,which can improve the symptoms and physical symptoms of the patients,can significantly increase the value of ALB and reduce the value of ALT,ALB,PT can significantly improve the degree of gastric mucosal lesions,effectively reduce the width of the portal vein and contribute to slow down the flow rate in a extent,and in the course of treatment did not occur obvious adverse reactions,higher safety.In summary,Jian Pi Shu Gan Hua Yu combined with Scattered stasis in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis portal hypertensive gastropathy,it is worthy of clinical application.
