Objective:Through the observation of the NT-pro BNP and s ST2 change in Hongshenqimao Mixture Index treating chronic heart failure rats induced by Adriamycin,evaluate its curative effect and explore the feasibility and practicability,to provide a new idea and new method for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:50 male SPF SD rats were randomly selected ten rats as the blank group.the rest were injected by Adriamycin through the abdominal cavity(3mg/kg,l times five days,a total of 5 times)to establish animal models of chronic heart failure.After the success of the establishing,the living chronic heart failure rats were randomly divided into three groups(Model group,Hongshenqimao group,Captopril group),for drug intervention six weeks.After that,to measure LVEDD,LVESD through UCG,calculate the LVEDD,the LVESD,and draw blood from abdominal aorta to meter the concentr ation of NT-pro BNP and s ST2 in the serum by Elisa.Results:1 At the end of modeling compare with the Evaluation of ejection fraction in each group1.1 At the end of modeling,the LVEF ? LVFS of rats in each group.Compared with the blank group,the LVEF ? LVFS on the Evaluation of ejection fraction among the model group,the Hongshenqi mao group and Captopril group were all lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).;Compare with the LVEF ? LVFS level of the model group,the Hongshenqimao group,Captopril group,there are no differences and it was no statistically significant(P>0.05).1.2 At the end of modeling,the LVEDD ? LVESD on the Evaluation of Cardiac Stracture in each group Compared with the blank group,the LVEDD level of the model group,the Hongshenqimao group and Captopril group,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared the LVESD in each group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,the LVEDD level of the Hongshenqimao group and Captopril group,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05);Compared the LVESD in each group,the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).2 After treatment,compare with the Evaluation of ejection fraction in each group2.1After treatment,the LVEF? LVESD on the Evaluation of Cardiac Stracture in each group Compared with the model group,the LVEDD and LVESD in each group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compare with Captopril group,the LVEDD and LVESD of the Hongshenqimao group was slightly lower,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).3 After treatment,the NT-pro BNP level of each group.Compared with the model group,the NT-pro BNP level of the Hongshenqimao group group and Captopril group were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the Captopril group,the NT-pro BNP level of the Hongshenqimao group was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4 After treatment,the s ST2 level of each group.Compared with the model group,the s ST2 level of the Hongshenqimao group and Captopril group were all lower,the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05);Compared with the Captopril group,the s ST2 level of the Hongshenqimao group was lower,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Hongshenqimao Mixture Index and Captopril can efect the LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF and LVFS to improve cardiac ejection and improve heart function,it was similarly to Captopril.2 Hongshenqimao Mixture Index can reduce CHF rats NT-pro BNP and s ST2 level thus to improve heart function,to slow down the process of heart failure.Hongshenqimao Mixture Index was better to Captopril in reducing CHF rats NT-pro BNP,and similarly to Captoprilin reducing the s ST2.
