Purpose:To retrospectively analyze the prognosis and diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic renal failure combined with intracerebral hemorrhage, and explore the prognostic factors and clinical treatment of patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:The clinical data of 50 patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The modified Rankin Scale was used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage. The patients were divided into poor prognosis group and good prognosis group. The patients’ age, gender, admission Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),and intracerebral hemorrhage Site, systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)at admission, blood routine(such as Hb),platelet lymphocyte ratio(PLR),and blood biochemical indicators of admission(Such as serum albumin, blood glucose, serum potassium, serum sodium, calcium),coagulation function(Such as PT,APTT)and other factors were compared. Results:The average age of patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracer-ebral hemorrhage was 58.5±11.8 years old,and the average GCS on admission was9.54 ± 3.96 points. The overall clinical results showed that the GCS score, hemoglobin, blood glucose, white blood cell count, lymphocyte count, and blood pressure control at admission were significantly associated with the prognosis of the patients(p<0.05),and other factors had no correlation with the prognosis of the patients.Conclusion:1.Patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage are generally middle-aged and elderly.Admission GCS score, hemoglobin, bloodglucose, leukocyte, lymphocyte, and blood pressure control may be important prognostic factors for patients with chronic renal failure complicated with intracerebral hemorrhage.2.Low admission GCS scores, low hemoglobin, high blood glucose, high white blood cell counts, low lymphocyte counts, and poor blood pressure control were associated with poor overall prognosis.
