Objective:This study aims to observe the improvement of the consciousness and function of cerebral hemorrhage with the contralateral scalp electrical acupuncture, and to compare the predictive accuracy of the cerebral hemorrhage score scale(ICH)and the Cerebral hemorrhage grading scale(ICH-GS)on the functional prognosis of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and to explore the clinical effect of the contralateral scalp electrical acupuncture, which provides a clinical evidence for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Method:69 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, including 35 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the experimental group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the experimental group was treated with contralateral scalp electrical acupuncture on the basis of the Western medicine. The two groups were treated 1 times a day,5 days a week,10 days as a course of treatment, lasted 2 courses. To collect the baseline data of two groups of cerebral hemorrhage score(ICH)and cerebral hemorrhage grade score(ICH-GS),comparing the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),reaction level scale(RLS-85),Chinese stroke patients' clinical nerve function defect grade standard(CSS),stroke disease diagnosis score of TCM disease,CT bleeding volume(hematoma volume)and other aspects were observed before and after two groups, and evaluating the improved Rankin scale(mRS)for 90 days of cerebral hemorrhage.Analyzing the difference of curative effect before and after treatment in the two groups, the degree of improvement of the consciousness and nerve function and the functional outcome of the patients, and the 90 day functional outcome of the brain hemorrhage(mRS > 3)was compared with the ICH and ICH-GS scale. The accuracy of the two groups was recorded, and the adverse reactions during the treatment period were recorded to evaluate their safety.Comparing the predictive accuracy of the ICH and the ICH-GS on the 90 days poor functional outcome of the brain hemorrhage(mRS > 3).Recording the adverse reactions of two groups during treatment and evaluating its safety.Result:(1)clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 84.85%,however,in the control group the effective rate was59.38%.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P < 0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group.(2)consciousness improvement: After the 1 course treatment, both groups in GCS and RLS-85 scores were markedly improved, comparing with before has significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the group, the GCS scores of the test group were better than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.071,P > 0.05).After 2 courses of treatment, the scores of GCS and RLS-85 in the two groups were significantly different than before and after the first course of treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(3)The recovery of nerve function: compared with the two groups, there was a statistical difference between the scores of CSS and TCM after each course(P < 0.05).The difference between the CSS and the diagnosis of stroke in Chinese medicine scores of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05)after each course of treatment.(4)Hematoma volume: In the two groups the difference of hematoma volume before treatment, after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment was significantly different(P < 0.05);after each course, the difference of hematoma volume between the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P < 0.05).(5)Functional outcome: Comparing the two groups of cerebral hemorrhage patients with 90 days of functional outcome(mRS score),the test group was better than the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);When ICH scale score higher than 1,ICH-GS scale higher than 6,the cerebral hemorrhage patients with poor functional outcome(mRS ? 3)had a higher incidence.Conclusion:(1)Two kinds of treatment plan in experimental group and control group can improve consciousness and neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,The clinical effect of the Scalp Electrical Acupuncture on Contralateral Side combined with western medicine is better than the conventional treatment of Western medicine.(2)The ICH and ICH-GS scales have a certain predictive value for the 90 days poor functional outcome of the brain hemorrhage(mRS ? 3),but the difference is not statistically significant.
