| Objective:This study investigated the quality of life, resilience, general demographic information and the disease-related information factors of patients with aortic dissection after thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair(TEVAR).Main objective:1.To explore the level of the quality of life, resilience of patients and the correlation between quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.2.To explore the related factors of the quality of life and the resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.3.To explore the correlation between quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.Methods:1.121 patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR were selected for follow-up study in hospital outpatient and ward of a hospital in Jiangxi province,121 patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR as objects was investigated from January to December in 2017.The level and of quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 and the resilience was evaluated by Cornor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and explore the correlation between quality of life and resilience of aortic dissection after TEVAR.2.The self-designed general information questionnaire, the SF-36 and Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)to analysis some influencing factors of quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection with TEVAR.3.The investigation data and experiment data were analyzed by SPSS17.0.Descriptive analysis,t-test,variance analysis,Kruskal-Wallis test,Pearson correlation analysis, and unitary or multivariate liner regression analysis.Results:1.The mean score of quality of life in patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR was(65.76±12.35),PCS(63.12±15.95)and MCS(68.41±17.74),the mean scores of eight-dimensions were: Physical Functioning(81.53±10.70),Role-Physical(50.83±13.09),Bodily Pain(74.65±14.43),General Health(60.17±17.08),Vitality(66.20±14.27),Social Functioning(60.17±17.08),Role-emotional(76.31±26.33),Mental Health(66.55±13.91);and the mean score of CD-RISC was(56.51±12.45),the mean scores of three dimensions were: tenacity(27.53±6.54),strength(19.39±4.76),and optimism(9.60±2.69).2.The single factor analysis of variance showed that gender, marital status, family economic status, the proportion of medical expenses, working status, back to work status, educational level, family residence, complication, adverse reactions of postoperative, time of postoperative, medical insurance and resilience factors and so on had statistical significance on the influence of quality of life of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR(P<0.05);The single factor analysis of variance showed that age, educational level, medical insurance, the proportion of medical expenses, working status, back to work status, family economic status, family residence, time of postoperative, complication and adverse reactions of postoperative had statistical significance on the influence of resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR(P<0.05).3.Regression analysis showed that the family economic status(B=2.522,P=0.002),adverse reactions of postoperative(B=4.156,P=0.010,time of postoperative(B=1.497,P=0.026)and resilience(B=0.540,P=0.000)entered the final regression equation and they were the significant predictor of quality of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR;Regression analysis showed that work status(B=2.761,P=0.011),complication of postoperative(B=8.322,P=0.015),the proportion of medical(B=-3.430,P=0.044)and the quality of life(B=0.660,P=0.000)entered the final regression equation and they were the significant predictor of resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.4.The significantly positive correlation were found between the total scores of quality of life,PCS,MCS,the mean scores of eight dimensions and the total scores of resilience and three dimensions of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR were lower than that of norm level of domestic, the higher the resilience, the higher the quality of life of the patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR,therefore, positive psychology is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.2.The main influencing factors of quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR were variability. Therefore, doctors and nurses should make individualized interventions to improve the quality of life and psychological states of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.3.The positive correlation between quality of life and resilience of patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR.The follow-up found that most of the patients with aortic dissection after TEVAR often accompanied chest pain, weakness and emotional instability, subsequently, the burden of psychology and quality of life of patients after TEVAR were exacerbated. |
