Nursing Scheme And Effect Evaluation Of Non-ventilation Hospital Acquired Pneumonia Based On The Nursing Interventions Classification

Objective Based on Nursing Intervention Classification(NIC),the nursing measures of non ventilator hospital acquired pneumonia(NVHAP)in neurosurgery were established,and the effects of the clinical prevention and treatment were evaluated.Methods Literature was searched to find out the related risk factors of NVHAP,then nursing diagnosis was listed.According to NIC system,nursing measures and activities were selected.The primary nursing measures of NVHAP were summarized and developed.Furthermore,the measures were revised by consulting nursing experts and proceeding trial test.To evaluate the clinical effects of the nursing measures,286 cases in neurosurgery were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group took routine care,while experimental group carried out the nursing intervention which were constructed based on NIC.The data was collected and analyzed.Some indicators such as the incidence of pulmonary infection,hospitalization days,the positive rate of etiology detection,and the imaging examination positive rate were detected.Results The main contents of NVHAP nursing intervention measures based on NIC consisted of four areas,six measures and 63 items.In addition to traditional routine nursing,we built nursing measures including the improvement of prevention and control measures,improvement of oral care equipment and methods,measures to improve the management and prevention of by mistake,management of continuous heating humidification,evaluation and training of swallowing function,and early promotion measures.Compared with the control group,experimental group NVHAP and pathogenic rate,imaging the positive detection rate were decreased(P < 0.05),a statistically significant difference;while the experimental group the average hospitalization days decreased than the control group(P < 0.05),a statistically significant difference.Conclusion The new nursing measures based on NIC could reduce the incidence of NVHAP effectively in neurosurgery,and have the value to apply and spread in clinical nursing prevention and treatment.
