OBJECTIVE: The implementation of medical dispute mediation mode of Liyang,Liyang is the doctor-patient conflicts get substantial easing,whether disputes new ways to achieve the desired effect.METHODS: TOWS analysis of medical dispute mediation mode in Liyang.A survey of Liyang city’s 24 public medical institutions,especially the people’s Hospital of Liyang City,Liyang City,Liyang City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,Nanning Daibu,Zhuze,Nandu,Shezhu four Center Hospital;Liyang Municipal Health Bureau;medical dispute mediation center city people’s court.Summary of the medical report,access to medical dispute case files;in-depth interviews of people informed of relevant administrative departments and judicial departments.RESULTS: Liyang mediation center was set up in October 2009,the first few years,mediation with little success.Especially after the 2012 implementation of the medical liability insurance,medical dispute mediation can according to the above problems and find a better solution,the implementation of medical liability insurance on the disposal of medical disputes and medical institutions to the development of positive significance.After 4 years of operation,the mediation center work has gradually gained the trust of the people,has gradually been recognized by medical institutions.Since the implementation of medical liability insurance since 2012,the City Health Bureau in conjunction with the relevant departments by strengthening the management of the source,innovation and mediation mechanism,gradually the doctor-patient dispute prevention and mediation work on standardized procedures and the legal system,the number of medical disputes,litigation petition cases,the total amount of compensation disputes,"four down" and the government,hospital patients,three satisfactory results.CONCLUSION: The doctor-patient dispute mediation mode of Liyang to build a convenient Easy Access for the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,is a set of effective to promote harmony and stability work mechanism.
