Study On The Relationship Between The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes And Renal Damage In Patients With Uric Acid Nephropathy

Objective:Increasingly high prevalence of uric acid nephropathyseriously endangers the he-alth o f the citizens.The general purpose of this study is to investigate uric acid nep-hropat hy,the distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicin e and early clinical renal damage objective index of the relationship,with the p-urpo se of the early detection of uric acid nephropathy,further improvement the TC-M sy ndrome differentiation scheme,and providing the basis for better guidance of C-hines e medicine the treatment of uric acid nephropathy.The research of original literature reveals the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy,treatment and so on.Methods:Through the method of prospective study,according to the diagnostic criteria of uric acid nephropathy in 2001 < nephrology >,60 uric acid nephropathy patients wer--e c overed,including 50 males,10 females,whose ages range from 17 to78 years o-ld,with the nephrotic syndrome and the curative effect assessment standard of the u-ric acid renal disease diagnosed by Chinese Medical Association in 2008.Uric acid neph ropathy will be divided into 5 deficiency type,4 standard empirical research obj-ect,according to the symptoms,signs,four diagnostic methods,dialectical type.In ge-ner al,the patient record clinical data and laboratory indexes,including urine,serum cyst atin C,urinary beta 2 microglobulin and urinary albumin.Using spss19.0 for stati-sti cal analysis,the general information of the patients,and the relationship between t-he distribution of TCM Syndromes of TCM syndromes and laboratory indexes.Results:One:60 cases of uric acid nephropathy patients,male 50,accounting for 83.3%;10 cases were female,accounting for 17.7%.Sex ratio has significant difference,the male is higher than female.Two:Among 60 subjects,the youngest is 17 years old,the oldest 78 years old,50-59 years old accounted for the highest proportion,there are significant differences in agedistribution.Three:The basic rule of uric acid nephropathy is asthenia in origin and sthenia i-n su perficiality.Among60 patients,2 cases are pure deficiency syndrome,deficiency of sp leen and kidney,purely positive for 4 cases,respectively,endoretention of damp heat i n 3 cases,1 cases of blood stasis syndrome,other 54 cases wereasthenia in origin a nd sthenia in superficiality.Among the 56 deficiency of uric acid nephropathy patients,most patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency(35.7%),liver and kidn-ey yin d eficiency(26.8%),qi and yin deficiency syndrome type(21.4%),spleen and kidney ya ng deficiency(10.5%),Two Yin and yang deficiency syndrome(5.4%).The standard empirical in 58 cases,Blood stasis syndrome is the highest,damp-heat type,(34.5%),phlegm turbidity(13.8%),cold-dampness(8.6%).All asthenia syndrome ca-n be accomp anied with blood stasis,spleen and kidney qi deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficien cy accompanied with damp-heat.Four:The common symptoms are: nocturia,tired body fatigue,lusterless complexion,dark purple tongue,hot feeling,heavy limbs,waist and knee pain,dizziness,li mb edema,anorexia.Five:Serum cystatin C,urinary beta 2 microglobulin,urinary albumin and albumi-nuria is increase with progression disease,Two Yin and yang deficiency syndrome is the highest stable,followed by qi and yin deficiency syndrome type,Liver and kidney yin deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,spleen and kidney qi deficiency.Blood stasis is the highest of sthenia in superficiality.Conclusions:The object of study in 60 cases of male patients is more than female,aging bet-wee n 50-59 years old.Uric acid nephropathy basic pathogenesis is asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality,the deficiency of early manifestations of qi deficiency of spl een and kidney,later showing two deficiency of Yin and Yang,and the empiric-al sy mptom of blood stasis through disease always blood stasis is more obvious in uric a cid nephropathy late.The clinical indicators of renal damage to a certain extent refle ct the progression of the disease.With the aggravation of kidney damage,kidne-y da mage index increases gradually.The syndromes of uric acid nephropathy clinical rena l damage index have a certain relevance.
