Observation The Clinical Effect Of Te Zhi Jie Gu Wan Promoting Ossification In The Distraction Osteogenesis Region Of The Bone Transport In Tibia

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Te Zhi Jie Gu Wan promoting ossification in the distraction osteogenesis region of the bone transport in tibia,Which can application foundation for clinical use and safety.Methods: Selecting 40 patients of tibial defects treatment using Ilizarov Bone Transport technique,these patients were divided into two groups through the Central Telephone Randomization System.Except for surgical treatment,The reatment group were given Te Zhi Jie Gu Wan orally,while The control group was treated with Shang Ke Jie Gu Pian.Collecting general informations of the two groups patients,Respectively record the CDR after treatment at 1,2 and 3 months;Bone Healing Index and evaluate the therapeutic effect and limb function based on Paley Bone Transport for the treatment of bone defects.Results: There was statistical difference in CDR between different postperative,in other words,there was time effect(F=15342.96,P=0.000).There was no statistical difference in CDR between the 2 group at 1 month after surgery(0.619�0.005,0.623�0.009,t=-1.616,P=0.114).The CDR was lower in control group compared to reatment group at 2 and 3 months after surgery(0.808 � 0.004,0.790 � 0.005,t=13.343,P=0.000;0.860�0.003,0.841�0.008,t=10.505,P=0.000;).The CDR was lower in control group compared to reatment group in general,in other words,there was group effect(F=126.628,P=0.000).There was no interaction between time factor and group factor(F=44.826,P=0.000).The Bone Healing Index was higher in control group compared to reatment group after surgery,There are statistical differences in 2 groups [(37.26�2.454)d/cm,(39.44�3.100)d/cm,t=-2.467,P=0.018].The Efficacy evaluation and functional evaluation are lower in control group compared to reatment group after surgery,there are statistical differences in 2 groups(Z=2.001,P=0.045;Z=2.143,P=0.032).Conclusion: These Patients with tibial bone transport was treated with Te Zhi Jie Gu Wan orally,it can Promote ossification in the distraction osteogenesis region.These Patients can earlier remov the external fixation,long-term functional recovery is better.
