Objective:To explore improved laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and standard laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, and to compare Clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of postoperative patients.Material and method:This study reviewed retrospectively the perioperative data and postoperative complications of 60 patients.Incluing 25 cases undergone improved laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer and 35 cases undergone standard laparoscopic radical prostatectomy at the Department of Urology of Yan'an Hospital Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from 2015 to 2018.We used software SPSS 24.0to examine all date, continuous variables were compared by T-test and categoral variables were compareed by chi-square test and P <0.05 showed statistically significant.Result:From 2015 to 2018,We conducted 25 cases of improved laparoscopic radical prostatectomy and 35 cases of standard laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, all cases were successfully completed without the ureter, bladder and rectum injuries and patients without pulmonary embolism, myocardical infraction and other serious complications, surgical margins were negative. The average time of improved laparoscopic radical prostatectomy was174.76±26.65 min, blood loss was 197.68±35.62 ml,time of catheter was15.80±2.57 d,time of drainage was5.68±4.08 d,time of hospitalization was22.30±7.82 d,cases of postoperative urinary leakage was 4,cases of infection was 6,cases of positive margin was 9,cases of urinary incontinence was 5,cases of erectile dysfunction was 6,blood PSA was0.26±0.08ng/ml after three month. The average time of standard laparoscopic radical prostatectomy was163.52±32.56 min, blood loss was 174.45±45.81 ml,time of catheter was 14.90±3.08 d,time of drainage was 5.80±3.67 d,time of hospitalization was 23.00±7.98 d,cases of postoperative urinary leakage was 10,cases of infection was 10,cases of positive margin was 10,cases of urinary incontinence was 9,cases of erectile dysfunction was 8,blood PSA was0.28±0.05ng/ml after three month. Conclusion:In this study, there was no significant difference in the postoperative biochemical recurrence rate and early complications. The postoperative leakage of urine In,and the complications of erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, the improved laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is significantly superior to standard surgical procedures.
