Background:Infantile hemangioma(IH)is the most common benign vascular tumor of infants and young children, the incidence of infantile hemangioma is about 3%-5%.Most of hemangiomas are limited in scope and have the ability to involute. However, some IHs are large in size and will make rapidly proliferation, resulting in complications such as ulceration and infection. In some areas, tumors can invade vital organs and cause serious dysfunction.Local remnants remain after the tumor involute. Therefore, some infantile hemangiomas need to take measures to intervene early. Objective:Nowadays, the therapeutic methods of infantile hemangiomas are diversified.Drug therapy is the most widely used in treating. There are many kinds of drug treatment programs. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of oral propranolol combined with sclerosing agent injection in leisions in the treatment of infantile hemangiomas in order to help the choice of clinical treatment options. Methods and methods:A retrospective collection of 191 cases of infantile hemangiomas undergoing plastic surgery at the Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from March 2016 to September 2017.According to the different treatment regimens they received, the patients were divided into three different treatment groups:oral propranolol group(group A,80 cases),sclerotherapy group(group B,25 cases)and combination therapy group.(group C,86 cases). In group A,small doses of propranolol(1 mg/kg · d-2 mg/kg · d)were used for treatment;group B was treated with local injection of sclerosing agent(triamcinolone acetonide and lauromacrogol). While C is based on small doses of propranolol, combined with sclerotherapy. The efficacy and adverse reactions of each group were observed. All the data obtained were analyzed using spss21.0 software and the results were discussed.Result:In group A,the cure rate was 60.0%,the slignificant response rate was 81.3%,and the effective rate was 95.0%.The cure rate in group B was 28.0%,the significant response rate was 48.0%,and the effective rate was 64.0%.In group C,the cure rate was 77.9%,the significant response rate was 93.0%,and the effective rate was 98.8%.Data analysis was performed on the three groups.Chi-square tests were performed and the test level was adjusted. There was a statistically significant difference between the effective rate of Group A and Group B(P<0.017),and there was a statistically significant difference between the effective rate of Group c and Group b(P<0.017).Statistical analysis of group A and group C showed that there was no statistical difference in the effective rate between group A and group C(p>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference in the cure rate between group A and group C(p<0.05).There was no serious adverse effect during these therapies. Conclusion:Oral propranolol combined with sclerosant therapy in treatment of infantile hemangiomas has significant curative effect and few adverse reactions. It can be used as a mature treatment program for the treatment of infantile hemangiomas.
