Analysis Of The Therapeutic Effects Of Comprehensive Treatment With Lauromacrogol Applied

Objective:Infantile hemangioma is the most common benign vascular tumors in infants, The incidence of infantile hemangioma is about4-8%in China. There are many types of the treatment of infantile hemangioma. This study focus on the clinical curative effect and security of comprehensive treatment,So as to provide some reference for clinical treatment.Methods:one hundred and twenty-four andeighteen patients with infantile hemangioma were randomly divided into control group(n=64) and observation group (n=91).The control group was treated with basic drugs like pingyangmycin, Propranolol, triamcinolone acetonide,while the observation group received additional lauromacrogol based on the treatment of the control group. According to the patient’s symptoms improved, physical examination and The contrast of before and after treatment of type-B ultrasonic. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results:After application of two methods,57cases in the observation group were cured,21cases were markedly effective,8cases effective, and the total effectiveness rate was94.5%.In the control group,28cases were cured,16cases were markedly effective,9cases effective,and the total effectiveness rate was82.8%.Compared with the therapeutic effects of2groups,statistical significance was manifested,and there was statistical significance regarding the total effectiveness rate of two groups.In the process of treatment,there was4case with skin ulcer,3with tissue depression in the observation group.However,there were9cases with skin ulcer,5with tissue depression. The rupture rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The tissue depression rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); but the incidence of tissue depression was significantly lower.Conclusion:the clinical comparative study found that Comprehensive treatment program has better clinical value.The program not only significantly improve the efficiency of the treatment but also reduced the occurrence of complications.Especially for the perineum, periorbital area and other important anatomical site, lauromacrogol has greater security and reducing complications such as rupture and depression effectively.The comprehensive treatment program can also reduce the dose of pingyangmycin and triamcinolone acetonide,so as to reduce the toxic side effects of pingyangmycin and serious adverse effect of long-term using of hormones.We can adjust medication proportion of the three drugs, According to the specific case of different child.We can increase the dose of lauromacrogol if necessary, even used lauromacrogol alone.
