Effect Of Huanglianzhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction On Hcy,SOD And Hs-CRP In Patients With Phlegm Obstructing Heart Pulse Syndrome Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:We explore the clinical application value of the treatment of CHD through observing the effect of Huanglian Zhishixiebaiguizhi Decoction on the clinical efficacy,the intervention of homocysteine,superoxide dismutase,and hypersensitive C reactive protein.Method:Sixty-six patients who were attending the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wuxi Affiliated Hospital from May 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental and the contrast group with 33 cases in each.During the study,2 cases in the contrast was shadding.The effective cases were 33 cases in the experimental group and 31 cases in the control group.All participants receive standardized treatment by Western medicine,and the experimental group was added with HuanglianZhishixixiebai Decoction(all guaran wolfberry 24g,peony white 9g,Magnolia 12g,Gorgon fruit 12g,cassia twig 6g,berberine 6g).After 2 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of chest syndrome,electrocardiogram,nitroglycerin stagnation rate,and improvement of blood lipid levels were observed.Hcy,SOD and hs-CRP were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.The Hcy,SOD and hs-CRP level were analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Decoction on coronary heart disease angina(turbid internal resistance type).Results:1.Comparison of the effective rate of TCM symptom scores in the two groups:The efficient of the observation was 75.8%,while the other was 67.7%.There was a statistically discrepancy between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of the ECG efficiency in the two groups:The ECG efficiency was 72.7%while the control group was 58.1%,the statistics of the two group is truely different(P<0.05).Comparison of the nitroglycerin stoppage rate in the two groups:the nitroglycerin stoppage rate of the treatment group was 75.8%,superiors to 58.1%of the control group.The statistics of the two group is truely different(P<0.05).2.Comparison of blood lipid status between the two groups:(1)TC,TG,and LDL-c levels in the control group and the treatment group decreased after treatment(P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The mean HDL-c levels increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P^0.05).3.(1)The mean value of Hcy:The mean value of the control group and the treatment group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The mean value of SOD:The mean values of the two groups before and after treatment increased(P<0.05),and there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);(3)The mean value of hs-CRP:Both groups are all decreased after treatment(P<0.05).There was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,the addition of HuanglianZhishixixiebai Decoction,which embodies phlegm and phlegm,and wide thoracic qi,is effective in the treatment of CHD angina pectoris.Compared with conventional western medicine,the treatment group relieves the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and optimize ECG results,improves the nitroglycerin stagnation rate,reduces blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C),reduces the level of Hcy,SOD and hs-CRP.It worth further clinical promotion.
