Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Peony Liquorice Soup Analgesia In Postoperative Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Jiawei peony liquorice soup in the treatment of postoperative pain after mixed hemorrhoids,hoping to objectively evaluate its efficacy and safety in relieving pain,swelling,improving defecation and promoting wound healing.Methods:80 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with no surgical contraindications and diagnostic criteria were assigned to the two groups in the treatment group and the control group by simple random method.In the conventional treatment with anorectal surgery,then treated with fumigation 1 bath,based on conventional dressing,the treatment group(40 cases)were treated by traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei peony liquorice soup,the control group(40 cases)were treated by Yuanhuzhitong soft capsule.All of them were taken orally on the first day after the operation for seven days.The changes of the two groups of patients during the period of medication were observed,and the postoperative pain degree,the degree of wound edema and the time of its disappearance,defecation condition and wound healing condition were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:the clinical study showed that there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group on the first day after the operation(P=0.81).There were significant differences in pain improvement between the 2 groups on the third,fifth,seventh day after operation(P<0.05).During the whole experiment,there were significant differences between the 2 groups in the index of wound edema,defecation and wound healing(P<0.05).There was no obvious side reaction during the test.Conclusion:In relieving spasm and pain,clearing away heat and toxic material and promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction Jiawei peony liquorice soup such as the principle of treatment,can prevent and relieve postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids and wound edge edema,improve the defecation and promote wound healing,caused in the prevention and treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain and complications than Yuanhuzhitong soft capsule...
