| Objective:This study collects and organizes the prescriptions for the treatment of heart palpitations in the related books of Ye Tianshi and summarizes them.Exploring and analyzing the characteristics of its medications and the rules of compatibility of prescriptions for treating heart palpitations will help guide clinical practice and improve clinical treatmentMethods:First,By looking up relevant books and literature searches,this study discusses the history of heart palpitations,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment,and modern research.Then,the prescription of Ye Tianshi’s treatment of heart palpitations was organized,and the collected prescriptions were recorded in Excel,and the data was processed.Finally,using the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 24,the frequency and cluster analysis of the processed data were performed to obtain drug pair combinations of high-frequency drugs and high-frequency drugs.Results:This study collected 91 prescriptions by reading books and searching for literature.Through data analysis,Ye Tianshi’s treatment of palpitations was mainly based on tonic drugs and sedative drugs.The heat-clearing drugs,the astringent drugs,diuresis-permeating drugs,and deconstructive drugs were supplemented.In tonic medicine,it is mainly replenishing qi and blood.High-frequency drugs include wolfberry,ginseng,white peony root,licorice root,coriander,rehmanniae,donkey-hide gelatin,boziren,etc.Through the cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs,it was concluded that Ye Tianshi’s drug combination for treating palpitations includes Sweetflag-Polygala,Atractylodes-Aconite,radix rehmanniae-DHG,Jujube-Cassia twig,Hawthorn-schisandra chinensis,Seed of Oriental Arborvitae-spine date seed,Licorice-peony and so on.Conclusion:The results of the study suggest that Ye Tianshi’s drugs for treating heart palpitations mainly consist of tonic drugs and tranquilizers.The power is in the yin and yang of Qi and blood,and the meridians of Wentong meridians,and the importance of Dingxi and Anshen is emphasized.Ye Tianshi’s commonly used high-frequency drugs for treating heart palpitations are wolfberry,ginseng,paeonia lactiflora,licorice,paeonia,and rehmanniae;Ye Tianshi’s commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for treating heart palpitations are tonics and tranquilizers;Ye Tianshi’s treatment of palpitations has a high correlation The combination of sexual drugs for Shichangpu-Polygala,Atractylodes-Fuzi,Rehmannia-donkey-hide gelatin,jujube-Guizhi.Combining multiple analysis results,Ye Tianshi’s treatment of palpitations is based on the principle of supplementing yin and calming phlegm,supplementing with Rouganzheji,Ziyinqingjinshengjin,Tonglihuishui,and convergence of Guse,etc.according to the condition,and paying attention to replenishing Qi in Buxu.Blood,in the drug on the compatibility of qi and blood yin and yang and tranquilizers in five aspects. |
