Study On The Rule Of Mining Technology Based On TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:Using data mining techniques and methods in clinical studies of domestic and foreign literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure,chronic heart failure syndrome differentiation rule summary a nd drug laws,to explore the relationship between four-syndrome-Chinese medicine,so as to guide the clinical practice.Methods: Based on setting up to December2016,the clinical literature of traditi onal Chinese medicine journals at home and abroad on the treatment of chroni cheart failure were collected and screened out Chinese medicine diagnosis andtr eatment of chronic heart failure of doctors,104 cases of individual experts,using frequency analysis,correlation analysis and clustering analysis of data mining te chnology,to explore the rule of TCM treatment of chronic heart failure syndro me cure.Results:1.frequency analysis results showed that the clinical symptoms of a total of 30 field performance,the cumulative frequency of up to 667,which is the hig hest frequency of occurrence of asthma,followed by edema,heart palpitations,ch est tightness and other symptoms;pulse has a total of 20 field performance,thec umulative frequency reached 240,the highest frequency is dark purple tongue,th en is thin white fur,thick white greasy fur,with teeth marks and other sympto ms of tongue body fat edge;There are 21 manifestations of pulsefield,the cum ulative frequency reached 219.The highest frequency is thready pulse,followed by pulse,pulse string and other symptoms.The syndrome has atotal of 18 infor mation field,cumulative frequency up to 358 times.The syndrome factor had hig her frequency in heart,kidney and spleen.Lung disease syndrome,followed byw ater stop,Yang deficiency,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,phlegm syndrome.Combinati on of visible documents,two cards,cards,four card combinationand five card combinations,of which two cards,three proportion has reached 83.62%;a total of 170 Chinese medicinal herbs,the cumulative frequency of 1245.High frequency which is followed by Astragalus,Poria,Atractylodes,licorice,Salvia milti orrhiza and so on.2.Cluster analysis showed that the common syndromes of chronic heart fa ilure were four kinds:(1)Palpitations,dizziness,lassitude,spontaneous perspiration,l usterless complexion,dry mouth to drink,big fat tongue with teeth marks,knotted pulse;(2)Asthma,dyspnea,edema,chills,bloating,anorexia,pale tongue,thin white(or white slip),pulse(or pulse);(3)Chest tightness,chest pain,pale complexion,a lipc yanosis,cough,dysuria,loose stool,dark purple tongue with ecchymosis petechiae,moss thin yellow,slow pulse(or dry);(4)Upset,pale complexion,tongue reddish purple or red tongue(or pink),thick white greasy fur(or Huang Houni),the p ulse imaginary number(or string slide or promotion);The common syndrome c ombinations are of the four kind:(1)Heart,kidney,Yang deficiency,water retention;(2)The spleen,blood deficiency;(3)lung,phlegm,qi stagnation,heat,the;(4)Qi defi ciency,blood stasis,yin deficiency,meridians and collaterals;the commonly used combination of drugs for the four categories:(1)Radix astragali,Rhizoma Chuan xiong,areca peel,peach kernel,safflower,red peony root,trichosanthes;(2)Codo nopsis,angelica,Schisandra chinensis,Ophiopogon japonicus,dogwood,keel;(3)T he monkshood,cassia twig,ginger,Poria,Atractylodes,Tinglizi,Plantago,Poly porus,Alisma,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Herba Leonuri,jujube;(4)The cinnamon,ginger,ginseng,dried tangerine peel,pinellia,Magnolia,sanqi.3.the research results of association rules show:(1)The relationship of four diagnostic information and drugs including asthma and Schisandra,cassia twiga conite,Radix Codonopsis,Poria,associated with edema,Danshen,Guizhi,Alisma,Ting lizi,Atractylodes,Poria,Radix Aconiti,associated Huangqi,palpitation and Fuling,sal via,Atractylodes,cassia twig,associated aconite,chest tightness and Tinglizison,Alis ma orientalis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,chest tightness,licorice,associated Atractylodes,lassi tude and poria,Radix Astragali,Salvia and other associated with dysuria,Poria,A lisma,Atractylodes,associated salvia,chills and monkshood,cassia twig,associated with cyanosis of the lips and nails with Salvia miltiorrhiza.(2)The relationship b etween the two drugs including Radix Paeoniae Alba and poria,gingerand poria,Polyporus and poria,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and poria,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Codonopsis and Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Astragali,Radix Aconiti and tuckahoe,cassiatwigand poria,Schisandra chinensis and Radix Ophiopogonis.The relationshipbetween the three drugs including ginger and aconite Atractylodes,Poria cocos,Polyporus and tucka hoe,Atractylodes,Radix Paeoniae Alba and poria.(3)The relationship between the TCM and syndrome including asthma and Yang water stop,Qi deficiency and blood stasis;palpitation and Yang water stop blood stasis;chills,edema,pulse bl ood stasisand Yang water stop.(4)The correlation between syndromes showed th at chronicheart failure and yang deficiency were located in the heart andkidney,and thepathological factors were water retention and blood stasis.The deficiency of Qiwas mainly located in the heart,and the pathologicalfactors were blood sta sis,which could lead to Yang deficiency for a long time.Conclusion:1.we found out the law of the combination of symptoms of chronic heart failure,the combination of syndrome elements and syndrome elements,the com monly used drug groups and drug combinations.Chronic heart failure symptoms of asthma,edema,heart palpitations,chest t ightness,fatigue,chills,dysuria,tongue with dark purple tongue,pulse is mainly ch aracterized by deep pulse;common heart qi deficiency,Yang pan water resistance,blood stasis,yin deficiency and other syndromes.The doctors that the disease early in the heart,for a long time in the kidn ey,spleen,heart and kidney yang deficiency,spleen qi deficiency and yang defici ency;gasification weakness,poor blood,see water retention,blood stasis and defi ciency syndrome.The cost in all syndrome,the most common is the water stop secondly,yang deficiency,blood stasis,Qi deficiency,phlegm.Combination of syndro mes,the deficiency of Yang Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the basic water stop,combined to two cards,three most.The commonly used drugs for chronic heart failure of Astragalus,Poria,Atractylodes,licorice,radix salviae miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma alismatis,aconite,Tinglizi,Guizhi,Polyporus,dangshen,Ophiopogon japonicus.Wenyang common monkshood,cassia twig,ginger,cinnamon and other commonly used;Qi Astragalus,Codonopsis,Poria,Atractylodes;Lishui commonly used Tinglizi,Plantago Polyporus,Alisma,etc.;and commonly used chuanxiong,peach kernel,safflower,Radix Paeoniae Rubra;and common tangerine peel,pinellia,Poria,Trichosanthes;Yin used Ophiopogon japonicus,such as Schisandra.Doctors have used for medicine of Radix Paeoniae Alba and poria,Polyporus and poria,Radix Codonopsis and poria,Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Astragali;three drug combinations are commonly used for Atractylodes ginger and aconite,Poria,Polyporus,and Fuling.Doctors that the disease early in the heart,for a long time in the kidney,spleen,heart and kidney yang deficiency,spleen qi deficiency and yangdeficiency;gasification weakness,poor blood,see water retention,blood stasisand deficiency of the cost of significance for the prevention and treatment of heart failure with Chinese medicine,and provide a reference for the standardization study of chronic heart failure treatment.
