Characteristics Of Glucose And Lipid Metabolism In Girls With Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty And Clinical Observation On Precocious Puberty With Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Anti-precocious No.1

Objective:The characteristics of glucose and lipid metabolism in girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP)were studied by comparing serum glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors in normal weight girls with ICPP,overweight girls with ICPP and healthy girls.Observing the differences in the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine of Anti-precocious No.1 and Triptorelin acetate for injection(Diphereline)in the treatment of girls with ICPP,and exploring more economically and feasible methods for treating ICPP.Methods:Sixty children with ICPP who met the inclusion criteria were selected,and another 16 healthy girls were selected as the control group.The 60 cases of ICPP girls were divided into normal weight girls with ICPP and overweight girls with ICPP.The levels of serum glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6)in ICPP group and healthy group were measured and analyzed by SPSS.23.0 software.Girls with ICPP were randomly divided into 30 cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group and 30 cases of Diphereline treatment group.The TCM group was treated with self-made Anti-precocious No.l prescription and Diphereline group was treated with Triptorelin acetate for injection.Each group were treated for 3 months for a period of treatment.Symptom scores were evaluated both before and after treatment.The comprehensive treatment results of the two groups were compared with the main and secondary symptom treatment efficacy.Then evaluated the comprehensive efficacy of Anti-precocious No.l.prescription.Results:There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL)between the three groups of normal weight girls with ICPP,overweight girls with ICPP and healthy group.There was no significant difference in serum insulin(FINS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA)between the ICPP normal weight group and the healthy group.There was a significant difference in FINS and HOMA between the ICPP overweight group,ICPP normal weight group and the healthy group(p<0.01).FINS and HOMA of the ICPP overweight group were higher than those of ICPP normal weight group and the healthy group.TC of the ICPP overweight group was higher than the ICPP normal weight group and the healthy group.There was a significant difference in IL-6 between the three groups(p<0.01).Girls with ICPP had higher IL-6 than healthy girls.IL-6 in ICPP overweight group is higher than the ICPP normal weight group.Therapeutic effects comparison on treatment of ICPP by TCM and Diphereline.The total effective number was 24 of 30 cases in Anti-precocious No.1 prescription with effective rate reaching 80%There was no significant difference in total efficacy of TCM compared with Diphereline.Symptom score comparison:The symptom scores of the TCM group and Diphereline group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and there was no significant difference in the total curative effect between two groups(p>0.05).TCM and Diphereline both can significantly improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms scores(p<0.01).Diphereline had better efficacy in improving the main symptoms than TCM(p<0.01).TCM had better efficacy than Diphereline in improving the secondary symptoms(p<0.01).Comparison of individual symptoms:In terms of improving clinical symptoms.TCM and Diphereline can improve the three main symptoms of breast staging,pelvic ultrasound and vaginal secretions,and systemic secondary symptoms(p<0.05).Diphereline had better efficacy in main symptoms than TCM(p<0.05).Diphereline was obviously better than the TCM in improving the stage of breast development and vaginal secretion(p<0.05,p<0.01).TCM had better efficacy than Diphereline in improving the secondary symptoms(p<0.05).TCM was superior to Diphereline in improving the symptoms of five frustrating heat,night sweating,irritability and tongue redness(p<0.05),and was significantly better in improving constipation than Diphereline(p<0.01).Conclusion:1.Overweight girls with ICPP have a tendency of abnormal lipid metabolism and a tendency of insulin resistance index rising.ICPP girls may be in low-grade inflammation status,which is more obvious in overweight girls with ICPP.2.Anti-precocious No.1 prescription has a significant efficacy in improving the development of sexual characteristics and in inhibiting gonadal development of girls with ICPP.It has significant advantages in improving the symptoms of Fire Excess from Yin Deficiency in girls with ICPP.
