| ObjectivesTo explore the effect of QCC on reducing the incidence of iodized contrast agent exudation and improving the satisfaction of clinical nursing.The clinical nursing coordination and nursing intervention experience were summarized and analyzed,so as to minimize the incidence of exudation,aiming to provide some scientific basis for clinical CT diagnosis.Methods59 patients who received iodine contrast agent CT enhanced scan in Liaoning cancer hospital were analyzed,and the clinical data of all patients were analyzed from January 2017 to June 2017.In the first quarter of 2017,a total of 29 cases were performed CT enhanced scan with iodine contrast agent,which was managed by traditional nursing.In the second quarter of 2017,30cases received CT enhanced scan of iodine contrast agent,and the quality control of quality control circle was given.QCC application’s theme is"the analysis of the effect of iodine contrast agent extravasation risk factors,reduce the incidence of iodine contrast medium,using PDCA cycle steps according to the QCC activities,including the establishment of quality control circle,evaluation and analysis of extravasation of contrast agent in patients with tissue involvement,the purpose of the establishment and implementation of countermeasures the formulation and application,through the analysis of the risk factors of iodine contrast medium,contrast before and after the implementation of QCC in patients with iodine contrast agent extravasation incidence,prognosis and satisfaction results.Results1.In the first quarter and the second quarter,the incidence of iodine contrast agent extravasation was 24.14%and 3.33%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(X~2=5.445,P<0.05),lower than the target 5%,achieving the goal.2.The satisfaction survey of 29 patients before the implementation of quality control circle was analyzed.The satisfaction rate of patients was17.24%,the total proportion of patients was 24.14%,the general patients accounted for 37.93%of the total proportion,the patients who were not satisfied accounted for 20.69%of the total proportion,and the satisfaction rate of nursing was 79.31%.Analysis on the satisfaction survey of 30 patients after the implementation of QCC,very satisfied with the proportion of the total 20%patients,26.67%patients satisfied with the proportion of the total 15 patients,generally the total proportion of 50%,not satisfied with the proportion of the total 3.33%patients,nursing satisfaction was 96.67%,there was significant difference between the groups(X~2=4.248,P<0.05).3.Before the implementation of nursing management,the quality of life scores of patients in the first quarter and the second quarter were respectively(38.5±2.7)and(38.7±2.6)points,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Nursing management after the implementation of the second quarter,the patient’s quality of life score(55.2±1.9)points higher than before the implementation of nursing management quality of life score(38.7±26)and QCC implementation of quality of life of the patients before(53.5±2.4),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In the process of the implementation of QCC in the use of all members of the team of QCC techniques significantly improve,increase the sense of responsibility of the nursing staff,strengthening nursing staff team consciousness,abundant professional knowledge of nursing staff,improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff to solve problems,enhance the nurses’communication skills QCO,which means,team spirit and professional knowledge,problem solving ability,responsibility,communication skills,enthusiasm,confidence and other activities before sharing activities respectively(1.13±0.11),(1.35±0.27),(1.98±0.34),(2.16±0.08),(2.22±0.14),(1.76±0.21),(1.64±0.12),(0.15±0.09),(0.17±0.06)points,after each project were respectively(4.11+0.23),(4.31±0.14),(4.04±0 6)score,(4.08±0.04),(4.06±0.05),(4.11±0.02),(4.45±0.13),(4.23±0.34),and(0.34%),the invisible effect is significant,and the quality of nursing has been pipe circle is used in the extravasation of iodine contrast agent,which can significantly reduce the incidence of iodized contrast agent exudation.2.Application of quality control circle quality management in iodine contrast medium extravasation can improve patient satisfaction with nursing staff,improve nurse patient relationship,and facilitate the establishment of good image in hospitals.3.The quality management of the product pipe circle is used in the exudation of iodine contrast agent,which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.4.The application of QCC quality management in iodine contrast agent extravasation,and to strengthen sense of responsibility of the nursing staff team consciousness,professional knowledge,has the effect of comprehensive problem solving ability and communication skills,the quality of clinical nursing was improved significantly. |
