Objective1.To understand the clinical nurses’ perceptions of the related concepts and processes reported for adverse events, analyze the underlying causes that affect nurses’ unintentional reporting of adverse events, improve the reporting system and system for the reasons, and improve the management effect of nursing adverse events.2.To evaluate the effect of quality control loops on improving the reporting of adverse care events compared with conventional management methods.MethodsBased on the PDCA cycle, the relevant personnel will be formed into a group of quality control circles to find out the symptoms that affect nurses’ unintentional reporting of adverse events,With the theme of “increasing the rate of active reporting of nursing care adverse events ”,analyze the causes, formulate and implement countermeasures, confirm the effects, and standardize effective interventions.By issuing “a questionnaire for the nurses not actively reporting the causes of adverse events”,using a stratified random sampling method to extract 9 diseases.District a total of 460 nurses, and issued questionnaires;use Descriptive statistical analysis, root cause analysis and other methods,to explore the reasons why nurses do not actively report adverse events,Using SPSS24.0 statistical software, statistical analysis of the collected data,Univariate analysis and logistic regression analysis, processing, statistics and analysis of the original data, compared with the active reporting of adverse events before and after intervention.Results1.Understanding and understanding of the content and system related to adverse care events: only 10.3% of the nurses surveyed clearly understood the concept of nursing adverse events;22.6% of nurses understood the management related to adverse nursing events.18.5% of nurses are familiar with the process of reporting adverse events;18.5% of the nurses surveyed are familiar with the range of adverse events. It can be seen that most of the nurses surveyed have low understanding and cognition about the concept of adverse care events, and are not very familiar with the concept, management system, reporting process and scope of adverse care events. Before the implementation of the quality control circle, the average response score of the nurses responding to the adverse events of nursing care was 73.26 points, and the score after implementation was 86.73 points. The progress was obvious.2.Reporting rate of adverse events in nursing care: Through the implementation of Quality Control Circle activities, the reporting rate of nursing adverse events in a hospital increased from 6.98% before the improvement to 14.67%,reaching the requirements of the “Tertiary general hospital evaluation criteria”for the reporting of adverse events.Conclusion1.Compared with the traditional management methods, the quality control circle activities can more effectively improve the level of relevant knowledge and beliefs reported by nurses on adverse nursing events, and improve the reporting rate of adverse events.2.Quality improvement activities in Multi-sectoral cooperations help to improve the quality of care services.
