Clinical Study Of Jianpiqushi Decoction Combined With Desloratadine Tablets In The Treatment Of Damp Abundance Due To Deficiency Of Spleen Subacute Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpiqushi decoction combined with desloratadine tablets in the treatment of damp abundance due to deficiency of spleen subacute eczema.To determine its effectiveness and safety.Evaluate its role in improving skin lesions,reducing itching,and improving the quality of life of patients.Provide an effective treatment combination of Chinese and Western medicine for patients.Methods:Sixty patients with eczema outpatients who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group(30 cases)oral Jianpiqushi decoction and desloratadine tablets.30 patients in the control group oral desloratadine tablets.The course of treatment for 4 weeks was followed up every 2 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks of treatment,Calculation of Area and Severity Index(EASI)Score,Itching Level Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)Score,Skin Disease Quality of Life Index(DLQI)Score and statistics of efficacy.For patients who recovered,they were followed up for one month after the end of the treatment.The patient's condition was observed and the recurrence rate was recorded.Finally,use statistical methods for analysis and research.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in EASI score,VAS score,and DLQI score between the two groups(p>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in EASI score and DLQI score between the two groups(p<0.05).VAS scores were significantly different(p<0.01).After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 53.33%in the treatment group and 26.67%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)after chi-square test.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 86.67%in the treatment group and 53.33%in the control group.There was a significant difference(p<0.01)test by Chi-square.There was no difference in safety assessment between the two groups.The patients in the two groups recovered after one month of treatment.The patients in the treatment group were followed up by nine patients without recurrence.The control group was followed up by five patients and relapsed in two cases.The recurrence rate was p<0.05 by chi-square test.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The efficacy of Jianpiqushi decoction combined with desloratadine tablets in the treatment of damp abundance due to deficiency of spleen subacute eczema is superior to that of desloratadine tablets alone.And the recurrence rate is low.It is superior to single-use desloratadine tablets in improving skin lesions,reducing itching,and improving the quality of life of patients.
