At present,the reform of medical system in our country has been carried out in an all-round way.The government pushes the medical industry into the mode of market operation.It represents that the public hospitals need like other enterprises to keep their own operations at a lower level while maintaining their own operation,and increase their profit space.The purchase business is the most important part of the hospital in addition to the medical work.The quality of the purchase business determines the quality of the clinical medicine and medical equipment in the hospital.It is also an important part of the internal control of the hospital.Public hospitals need to purchase various kinds of materials,which are not fixed.They will face all kinds of challenges in procurement.Therefore,only by implementing standardized procurement risk management can we control and prevent all kinds of risks that may arise in the whole hospital purchase process.However,for the public hospitals with special nature of the industry,there are few theoretical circles involved in the exposition of the risk management system of the hospital procurement business.In the actual work,the risk management of the purchase business is lack of a unified and standard system in the actual work,which leads to the level of the risk management of the public hospitals in our country far from well matched.Its own demand for purchasing growth.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,based on the research and summary of the domestic enterprise procurement risk management model,this paper combines the status of B public hospital and optimizes the design of the risk management system for its procurement business.The first part of this article is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of the article,and summarizes and reviews the relevant literature review at home and abroad;the second part mainly describes the related concepts of purchasing risk management,and introduces the process of purchasing risk management and the common methods;the third part mainly introduces the B public medicine.In the fourth part,the fourth part is the core of this paper,which is mainly aimed at the target of obtaining the risk management evaluation system by visiting the professional staff of the hospital,and combining with the expert scoring method.And analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct a new evaluation system to meet the risk management of B hospital procurement business,calculate the index weight of each kind of risk factors,sort all kinds of indexes,complete the transformation from subjective evaluation to objective evaluation,and put forward the corresponding optimization plan.The fifth chapter is mainly to put forward the B hospital.Some safeguards of risk management are safeguards to maintain the smooth operation of the system of procurement risk management after optimization;the sixth chapter is a summary of the article,the shortage and the future prospect.Based on the results of the investigation,this paper sets up the procurement business of B hospital as a first level index,and designs 5 two level indicators and 16 three level indicators to form a new evaluation system for purchasing risk.The new system takes into account the impact of various types of risk indicators on the hospital procurement business,and quantifies the risk levels that rely on subjective estimates,which can be more targeted to solve all kinds of risk problems in the B hospital material procurement link,and achieve the procurement objectives and complete the strategic plan.In the long run,it plays an important role in improving the overall management level and achieving long-term sustainable development in hospitals.
