| Procurement is a necessary prerequisite to ensure the production and operation of enterprises.As an important link for enterprises to reduce costs,the savings of procurement’s working time and costs will greatly affect the working efficiency and profitability of enterprises,and can also seek opportunities to enable enterprises to flourish in the competitive market environment.Hospital J is a large Third-class hospital of Jilin province,which owns more than 60 clinical departments,more than 90 operating rooms and several hospital buildings.Patients come to this hospital in an endless stream everyday.The complex organization structure and large number of customer groups request its procurement process should be short and effective,it also need the procurement department quickly respond to order processing and logistics so as to quickly respond the needs of clinical patients and doctors.This paper work takes the purchasing process of hospitals J purchasing department as the research object,analyzed its problems through the process description of links of purchase order processing and links of logistics distribution,by using the theory of flow analysis on problems and suggested solutions.the optimization objectives and optimization schemes of order processing and logistics distribution are designed.For the purchasing links of the order,the information system is mainly upgraded and improved.For the links of logistics distribution,the logistics identification is designed,and the effect evaluation towards the implementation of each part of the plan is given to prove the effectiveness of the process improvement.At the end of the paper,in the perspective of providing the foundation and guarantee for the process optimization and reengineering,a work task evaluation system with complexity as the core index is constructed according to the work characteristics of the procurement department,which provides a reference for the business process optimization of related business field. |
