The Effect Of Yiqi Qingre Huoxue Recipe On Verrucous Gastritis And The Effect On CD14,TLR4,NF-Kappa B And IL-1 Beta Factor

Objective:(1)Observe the clinical effect of Yiqi clearing heat and Huoxue Recipe on Verrucous Gastritis(VG).(2)To observe the effect of Yiqi clearing heat and Huoxue Recipe on the endoscopic performance of gastric mucosa in Verrucous Gastritis.(3)Observe the effect of Yiqi Qingre Huoxue therapy on the expression of leukocyte differentiation antigen(CD14),toll like receptor 4(TLR4),nuclear factor NF-(NF-B),immune factor interleukin 1 beta(IL-1 beta)and other factors in gastric antrum gastric horn mucosa tissue.Method:Through the use of random grouping,52 patients were assigned to one to one ratio:26 cases in the control group and 26 in the treatment group.Control group:taking Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules(Jinuo)10mg Po qd.The treatment group:use the same capsule,while adding determination prescription Yiqi Qingre Huoxue Recipe(Atractylodes Astragalus:15g 10g;(fried),rehmannia,salvia,rhizome,coix seed,Radix Codonopsis;5g agrimony,licorice,Oldenlandia,pale rhizome,Ophiopogon japonicus.A course of treatment for this observation was two months.The operation of the questionnaire on the symptoms of Verrucous Gastritis should be carried out in turn after the end of the treatment course.After the treatment course,the symptoms of the Verrucous Gastritis should be graded in order.Under the help of endoscopy,the number of 4 cases of the largest verrucous erosions of gastric antrum mucosa before treatment and after treatment was selected.The healer was selected randomly.Then the tissues obtained in Formaldehyde Solution were fixed.The main purpose of the experiment was to detect NF-kappa B,IL-1 beta,CD 14,TLR4 and gastric mucosal status.The main way was to use immunohistochemistry.ResultSymptom score:The score of the treatment group before treatment was(17.5 + 1.68),after treatment was(4.88 + 2.63).In the control group,the score was(18.23 + 2.12)before treatment and(9.27 + 3.35)after treatment.There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing the control group with the treatment group,it was found that the condition of fatigue was not significantly improved after treatment(P>0.05),and other symptoms improved,such as stomach pain,tongue coating pulse,and other symptoms were lower than the control group(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group was better than the control group.Gastroscopy score:There was no significant difference in the endoscopic score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the number of verrucous lesions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(1.45 + 0.76),and the score of the treatment group was(1.17 + 0.79).The total effective rate:the data showed that the total effective rate of the control group was 65.4%and the treatment group was 88.5%.Through the data analysis above,the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group was more effective than the control group.Immunohistochemistry:before treatment,the total score of NF-,B,TLR4,CD14 and IL-1 beta in the data showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Among the detected cases,two groups of factors such as NF-kappa B,TLR4,CD 14 and IL-1 beta showed a decline in the values of the measured data.The data of the four groups in the treatment group and the immunohistochemistry group were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionYiqi clearing heat and activating blood method with the therapeutic efficacy of Western medicine,after the end of the course can get a more good Verrucous Gastritis relieving effect.This mixed collocation mechanism may be therapeutic way:on the one hand to repair the gastric mucosa;on the other hand regulating mechanism through a body,inhibition of CD14,TLR4,NF-,IL-1,Beta Kappa B,after several inflammatory factors obtained inhibition in patients,inflammatory conditions will continue to occur,verrucous lesions produced the process is affected by the disease,oven number will show a downward trend.
