Study On The Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Qingre Method In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue,Huatan Qingre on the clinical syndrome index,blood lipid index and safety index of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UA),and to clarify the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue,Huatan Qingre on UA,so as to provide new ideas and dialectical methods for Chinese medicine to treat UAMethods:According to the standards of qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and heat blocking,60 patients were randomly divided i nto experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).All the subjects were treated with standard western medicine,while the experimental group was treated with Tongmai Jianxin Decoction for 2 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the TCM syndromes,angina pectoris,ECG and blood lipid were observedResults:1.The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than before,and the degree of reduction in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.The two groups improved angina symptoms and ECG,and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In addition to high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),TC,TG and LDL-C in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment,and the safety index was within the normal rangeConclusion:In addition,TC,TG,LDL-C can significantly reduce the serum level of UA patients,and no clinical adverse reactions due to taking the test drugs were found,which can be used for clinical promotion and research.
