Objective:1.To disuss the procedure and element in the the indagation of tenderness point,provide further design and standard for the indagate ways of tenderness point in acupuncture clinic.2.Explore the application of indagate the tenderness point in avascular necrosis of femoral headMethods:Disuss the indagate ways of tenderness point in acupuncture clinic by research the cognition and indagation of tenderness point all over the world.From observation and palpation,take notice of skin color,speckle,blood vessel,desquamation,hollow and heave,beginning and ending spots of muscles,bony landImarks,etc for cules.Using special palpation to palpate all around the caput femoris in 30 patients of AVNFH.According to the tenderness,pleasure,cables,tubercles,irradiating feelings,indagating the caput femoris from waist to calf.Analysis frequency of the tenderness point.Result:1.The result of theoretical research:Pay attention to observation,touch,organization,etc,when indagate tenderness point.Using different techniques when indagating different places.2.The result of clinical research:Tenderness points are the most easily surrounding the caput femoris and six meridiansof foot.Conclusion:1.Using different techniques are more convenient and accurate when indagate tenderness point in different places.2.Tenderness points are mainly distribute during bony landmarks,beginning and ending spots of muscles,within the adjacent muscles,fascia.3.Tenderness points are associate with surrounding blood vessel and nerve.Meaning:This report discuss the way of indagate the tenderness point and summarize distribute rule in avascular necrosis of femoral head.I hope we should pay more attention to observation,perception and organization structure in acupuncture clinic.Last but not least,provide thought for acupuncture in finding and treating avascular necrosis of femoral head.
