| Objective:In the basic treatment of the use of Chinese medicine footbath combined with acupoint sticking treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients to explore the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the clinical advantages and application of the value for the treatment of peripheral neuropathy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy provide further clinical basis.Methods:In this study,all cases were collected from Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital acupuncture rehabilitation department and Department of Endocrinology,after screening with the inclusion/exclusion criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups received basic hypoglycemic therapy and oral mecobalamin.The experimental group received Chinese medicine footbath combined with acupoint sticking treatment on this basis.treatment for 60 days.Before and after the experiment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were detected before and after treatment.The TCSS scores were recorded and recorded before treatment,30 days treatment and 60 days treatment,respectively,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:1.After treatment,the blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin were reduced in the two groups,but the effect was limited and no significant difference was found before the treatment.(P>0.05)2.Both treatments reduced TCSS scores in patients with significant differences compared with those before treatment.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).With the extension of the course of treatment,the TCSS score of group of Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint sticking treatment was always decreasing and that of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupressure group was significantly better than that of control group..3.Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the total number of effective cases in group was more than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the combination of Chinese herbal medicine foot bath combined with acupoint sticking therapy and mecobalamin significantly better than the simple oral administration of cobalt amine.Conclusion:Chinese medicine bathing combined with acupoint sticking can obviously improve the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy pain and symptom score.Moreover,there is a positive correlation between treatment effect and treatment time. |
