Purpose:In this study,we use prospective research methods to summarize the observation, analysis, and induction of TCM symptoms, signs, and tongue pulse before and after chemotherapy for 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer, and summarize the distribution and evolution characteristics of TCM syndrome before and after chemotherapy with gastric SOX regimen. In accordance with the concept of:prevention of treatment" in traditional Chinese medicine, the idea of“early intervention treatment" was proposed to provide clinical theoretical basis for traditional Chinese medicine combined with SOX chemotherapy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for gastric cancer.Method:Select 80 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients from March 2017 to February 2018 admitted to Jiangsu Provincial Hospital,Jiangsu Provincial Cancer Hospital Ward and outpatients. The diagnostic data collection questionnaire records of patients with gastric cancer SOX d7 before chemotherapy, after chemotherapy d8,d20 three time points, and the patients were classified according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine.A database was established using SPSS21.0 to analyze the distribution and evolution characteristics of TCM syndromes before and after chemotherapy with SOX regimen.Count data was checked by chi-square test, measurement data was checked by analysis of variance,P<0.05 is regarded as statistical difference.Result:(1)Before SOX chemotherapy, symptoms such as pain in the epigastric area, swelling in the stomach after eating, bloating, fatigue, weight loss, and minimalism are common.Tongue images are more common with pale red tongue, dark red tongue, and thin white tongue.Pulses are often seen with thin veins and string astringent veins. The main syndromes are qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome and blood stasis syndrome. The TCM syndrome types of gastric cancer include qi and blood deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, and phlegm damp coagulating syndrome.(2)SOX regimen after chemotherapy d8,hot flash night sweats, five upset fever, shenpi fatigue, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite and loose stools, numbness and other symptoms before the increase, epigastric pain discomfort, bloating after eating, eructation pantothenic acid and other symptoms related to stomach were relieved. The red tongue and little coating in the tongue coating increased significantly. The pulse pattern was mainly composed of thin and weak veins and fine numbered veins. The main syndromes of qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome, and yin deficiency syndrome was significantly higher than that of the former, while the qi stagnation syndrome and blood stasis syndrome began to decline. The distribution of TCM syndromes in gastric cancer is mainly based on deficiency of qi and blood and deficiency of yin due to stomach heat.qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome are significantly reduced.(3)The symptoms of d20,yin deficiency were further aggravated after SOX regimen chemotherapy, and there was no significant difference in the distribution of tongue veins. The frequency of qi deficiency, blood deficiency, and yin deficiency is continued to increase, and the qi stagnation card and blood stasis card further decreased. The syndromes of qi and blood deficiency and the syndrome of stomach heat injury in the TCM syndromes of gastric cancer continued to rise.Liver gas guilty of stomach and qi stagnation and blood stasis continued to decline, but there was no significant difference in the changes of d8 after chemotherapy and d20 after chemotherapy. There was a statistically significant difference in the distribution of the main syndromes and the TCM syndrome type of gastric cancer before and after SOX chemotherapy. Conclusion:The distribution and evolution of TCM syndromes before and after the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with SOX regimen follow a regular pattern. Before chemotherapy of the main syndromes,qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome were the main symptoms. After chemotherapy of the main syndromes,qi deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome, and yin deficiency syndrome were significantly increased. Before chemotherapy of gastric cancer syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine was based on deficiency of qi and blood and qi stagnation and blood stasis. After chemotherapy of gastric cancer syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine,qi and blood deficiency syndrome and stomach heat injury syndrome were significantly increased compared with before treatment. It shows that the SOX program is used as the evil of drug and poison. After invading the human body,it damages the righteousness of the human body and consumes the negative fluid. This suggests that we can intervene early before the SOX regimen chemotherapy,in order to nourish qi and nourish blood, nourish yin and clearing heat.
