Objectives:We pre-study found that traditional Chinese medicine syndrome features of the regular changes Before and after chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer. Verify the concept of our proposed intervention in medicine before chemotherapy treatment, and explore Chinese medicine to participate in the chemotherapy of the best time to improve the clinical efficacy of gastric cancer.Methods:Take the computer randomized controlled clinical trial design,40patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into2groups,20cases of which treatment group (spleen qi, nourishing yin and activating blood circulation side+modified DCF regimen therapy), the control group (simple improvementDCF regimen) in20cases. DCF chemotherapy,21days for a treatment process, observe the three courses. Treatment group after the first chemotherapy two weeks before each chemotherapy d6-d21began to oral medicine, one a day. We recorded before and after treatment of tumor objective response and laboratory findings, TCM Syndrome, the observation of the quality of life, safety index, toxicity and other indicators, the results using statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:TCM symptoms, symptoms, physical status and quality of life, the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the spleen qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation side early intervention can improve patients with more than three; in the gastric cancerobjective response, tumor markers, and safety indicators, the two groups after treatment between the two groups, the difference was not significant, suggesting that under the conditions of the spleen qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation early intervention to three advantage. Conclusion:Spleen and stomach qi deficiency, yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome symptoms in the early intervention under the premise of spleen qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation can improve the chemotherapy, to improve patients’ quality of life better than chemotherapy alone, chemotherapy alone in terms of security indicators relative tothan no obvious advantage.
