ObjectiveTo explore three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging in assessment of left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypothyroidism change the role.MethodsCollection in May 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital or clinic diagnosis of 30 patients with hypothyroidism(group Jia Jian),choose the same by our hospital check-up for 30 cases of healthy subjects(control group).All Jia Jian sinistral thyroxine therapy should be used in group of patients,oral,dose of 25 ~ 50 m Ug/d,1 / d,4 weeks of follow-up interval 1 time,detection of serum FT3,FT4 and TSH levels,adjust dosage according to index of TSH,25 to 50 m Ug/d can also be used,until the normal TSH level,about 4 months treatment cycle.Both groups were performed routine blood biochemical examination,conventional echocardiography and 3D spots tracking imaging(3D-STI)examination.Inspection on the day of te STEng thyroid function,using enzyme-linked immune test method for concentration of serum FT3,FT4 and TSH test.Client to take the left side,line 3D-STI check,get the whole left ventricular systolic area of strain(GAS),the overall longitudinal strain(GLS),and circumferential strain(GCS)as a whole.Comparing the control group and Jia Jian group before and after the treatment of the left ventricle three-dimensional strain parameter difference,with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)<50% reduce the gold standard for diagnosis of left ventricular systolic function.Results1.Jia Jian group compared with control group general informationTwo groups of patients physical quality,gender,age,level of FT3,FT4 level,high density lipid eggs,triglycerides,etc.There was no stati STEcally significant difference(P>0.05).Before the treatment,Jia Jian group of patients with low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),total cholesterol and TSH levels are higher than the control group(t = 6.21,2.30,7.06,P<0.05),heart rate,blood pressure is lower than the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the Jia Jian group is this group of TSH levels before treatment(P<0.05),heart rate,blood pressure(P<0.05),but no stati STEcally significant difference were observed in the control group comparison(P >0.05),while after treatment Jia Jian group of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)and total cholesterol levels are lower than before treatment,but there was no stati STEcally significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of parameters of conventional echocardiographyJia Jian group compared with control group,both before and after treatment after left ventricular end-diastolic wall thickness(PWTD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVEDs),interventricular septum thickness(IVSd),end-diastolic left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)there were no stati STEcally significant difference(P >0.05),Jia Jian is found that in the patients group and mitral E peak velocity peak,A peak peak velocity and E/A value has increased after treatment(P<0.05),the comparison between groups,mitral valve E peak peak peak velocity,A peak velocity before and after treatment and E/A Jia Jian group were lower than the control group,but before the treatment and control group the difference was stati STEcally significant(P<0.05),and the control group after treatment differences had no stati STEcal significance(P > 0.05).3.Left ventricular myocardial strainJia Jian group after treatment area of whole left ventricular systolic strain(GAS),the overall longitudinal strain(GLS)and overall ring to the strain(GCS)are higher than before treatment(P< 0.05),GAS,GLS and GCS absolute value before and after treatment were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions1.3D-STI technology can evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypothyroidism,and can be found in the early left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypothyroidism.2.3D-STI technology in diagnosis of left ventricular systolic function in patients with hypothyroidism GAS reduce has the highest efficiency,best results.
