Objective:Two dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography and real-time three dimensional echocardiography were used to study the changes of left and right ventricular structure and function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,Study on the relationship between left and right ventricular structure and function in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF)by two-dimensional spot tracking echocardiography(2D-STE)and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods:from December 2017 to January 2019,30 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were collected, and another 30 healthy people in our hospital were selected.Under the condition of sinus heart rate, conventional two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional full volume images were collected by Transthoracic echocardiography in both groups. The general longitudinal strain(GLS)of left and right ventricles in two groups were measured by two-dimensional speckle tracking technique,Left ventricular end diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),left ventricular stroke volume(LVSV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were measured by LV-4D-volume technique.RV-4D-volume technique was used to measure right ventricular end diastolic volume(RVEDV),right ventricular end systolic volume(RVESV),right ventricular stroke volume(RVSV),right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF)with EchoPac software offline. The age and gender of the patients in thetwo groups were compared, and the data between the groups were compared to find out whether there was any difference.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between strain and ventricular ejection fraction(EF).Results:Comparing the data of the two groups, the long general longitudinal strain of left and right ventricles in the case group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left and right ventricular end systolic volume and end diastolic volume, the case group were higher than those of the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)The left and right ventricular ejection fraction in the case group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that LVGLS with LVEF(r=0.537,P<0.05),RVGLS with RVEF(r=0.461,P<0.05),LVGLS with RVGLS(r=0.371,P<0.05)was positively correlated. Conclusion: The combination of two-dimensional spot tracking and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography can detect and effectively evaluate the changes of left and right ventricular structure and function in patients with atrial fibrillation and the correlation between them. |
