The Effect Of Peitushengjin Warm Acupuncture On The Quality Of Life Of Patients With Allergic Rhinitis With Spleen Deficiency

Objective:Through the random control method,to observe the effect of reinforcing earth to generate metal acupuncture methods on quality of life in patients with allergic rhinitis due to spleen deficiency and to evaluate the effect of reinforcing earth to generate metal warming acupuncture treatment of spleen deficiency allergic rhinitis.Methods:Collected from March 2017 to November 2017 in Xiamen,traditional Chinese acupuncture,ent,respiratory outpatient treatment of 60 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis.60 patients were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and the control group according to the principle of random control.The treatment group used peitushengjin warming acupuncture method to treat.Each point 1 needles,each point moxibustion 1 Zhuang,1 times daily treatment,1 weeks treatment 6 times(Sunday rest),continuous treatment for 4 weeks as the 1 course of treatment.The control group was treated by Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray and Loratadine Hydrochloride Tablets,1 times a day,4 weeks of continuous treatment,and 4 weeks for 1 courses.The quality of life score and serum IgE content were measured before and after treatment,and SPSS20.0 for windows statistical software was used to do statistical analysis of data.The efficacy of two groups was compared.Results:Comparison of overall curative effect:(1)At the end of the treatment,there were 29 cases in the treatment group,of which 16 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group,10 cases were effective and 3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 89.7%.There were 30 cases in the control group,of which 4 cases were markedly effective in the control group,16 cases were effective and 10 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 66.7%.The total effect of the two groups was different from the rank sum test(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.(2)Comparison of quality of life:In group comparison,At the end of the treatment,the total score of quality of life in the two groups and the scores of rank sum test were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Inter group comparison:At the end of the treatment,by rank sum test,there were significant differences in the total score of quality of life,nasal symptoms,non nasal and eye symptoms,eye symptoms,behavior,emotion and daily life between the two groups(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.(3)Comparison of serum IgE content:At the end of the treatment,the serum IgE level of the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment.However,there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after the t test(P<0.05),and the decrease of serum IgE level in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group.Conclusion:Peitushengjin warming acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen deficiency allergic rhinitis,improve the quality of life of patients.It embodies the advantages of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical application.
