| Objective A randomized control study and evidence-based medical research principles,will be joint mobilization、proprioception training as the control group,the proprioception training combined with joint mobilization for the experimental group,the three groups for the early recovery of function after total knee replacement clinical observation and research,to explore the clinical curative effect,the three a comprehensive therapy mechanism,and the existing problems,in order to make this system and evaluating objectively the therapeutic effects of comprehensive therapy,looking for a reliable effect as a function of total knee replacement in patients with postoperative recovery.Method The cases were derived from patients in Department of orthopedics of Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from August 2016 to November 2017,and 69 patients were collected in accordance with the standard of research.They were randomly assigned to proprioception training combined with joint mobilization,joint mobilization and proprioception training,including 23 cases of proprioception training combined with joint mobilization,23 cases of joint mobilization,and 23 cases of proprioception training group.The proprioception training and joint mobilization is once a day,and every two weeks is a course of treatment.The measurements were recorded every two weeks.The whole experiment process is eight weeks.The measurement criteria included visual analog scale(VAS),knee flexion angle,knee joint function assessment(HSS),and Berg balance scale(Berg).The results are input to the SPSS 17.0 software for data analysis,and the measured data are represented by mean standard deviation(x±s).Result First,general data before treatment:69 cases were included in this study,of which 31 were male and 38 were female.They were joint mobilization group,proprioception training group,proprioception training combined with joint mobilization group.There was no significant difference in age,sex and other factors between the three groups(P>0.05).Two,compare the effect:visual analog scale(VAS)assessment,knee flexion angle,knee joint function evaluation(HSS),Berg balance scale(Berg)four indicators,after eight weeks of treatment,proprioception joint mobilization combined with proprioception training group and proprioception training group,joint mobilization group,the data are statistically significant,and better than two group.Conclusion The joint mobilization combined with proprioception training is better than the other two kinds(proprioception training and joint mobilization Group). |
