OBJECTIVE:To initially explore the effect of isokinetic training on the health recovery of patients after anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction. Methods:The data of thirty-one patients with ACL reconstruction who were up to the screening criteria from January 2019 to December 2019 was collected.Every patient received eight weeks of treatment. It is to use the IsoMed2000 isokinetic training device to perform isocentric concentric movement and isokinetic centrifugal movement.During the training, the patient’s rehabilitation treatment was recorded.Range of motion(ROM),knee pain scale(NPRS),total work(TW),Hamstring and quadriceps peak torque values(peak torque,PT.),Lysholm knee score, angular position sense, and mathematical statistical methods were for processing and analysis. Results:ROM recovery of joint mobility changes increased(17.4 ± 2.3°,P<0.05);knee pain NPRS showed a reduction in pain(3.2 ± 1.1,P<0.05);Enhancement of the total TW ability of the telescopic muscles(Extensor:before training 256.47 ± 86.59J,after training 593.67 ±75.45J,P<0.05;Flexor:before training 115.23±50.16J,after training 406.59±56.27J,P<0.05);Before and after extensor training, changes in peak torque values of the hamstring and quadriceps. The value reflected the strength of the knee joint(60°/s:extensor PT,12.3±8.6 N*m,P<0.05;flexor PT,2.5 ± 11.6 N*m,P<0.05;180°/s:extensor PT,9.2 ±8.6 N*m,P<0.05;flexor PT,1.6±8.3 N*m,P<0.05);improvement of the number of person with normal peak torque ratio H/Q(before training3,after training 13);Lysholm value significantly changed(before training 41.26±15.23,P<0.05;after training 75.12 ± 11.26,P<0.05);the angle of position sense didn’t change obviously(before training 2.58±0.17°,after training 2.32±0.18°,P<0.05).Conclusions:The use of isokinetic training after ACL reconstruction can effectively restore the knee joint function.Isokinetic training showed Features of high safety and high reproducibility in the rehabilitation training department.
